Excellent experience shopping. The stone shield is less effective for me because I have to use a 6" drop-down hitch and there is an approximate 6" gap for a few stones to fly thru.

The price on this product was less than any other price that I could find online. The delivery time was fantastic. I couldn't imagine what the package was until I opened it and to my complete surprise it was the product which I thought would be at least another week before arrival.

Adequate specs and information on products so that I could make an informed decision as to whether it would work for my application or not.

I called about an issue and didn't receive a return call as was informed. It is on because the manufacturer is resolving the issue directly.

The website has some issues left to work out, but it is vastly improved from what it was. I thought that the folding stool was larger than it was as dimensions were not clear, but it will work.
