RV Upgrades has fair prices and will resolve any problems a buyer may have. I just had some dealings with another company that did not even have a way to contact them by phone and were totally non-responsive to any problems. The only thing i am disappointed on for this order is 2 of the items are out of stock and I am pretty certain at least one of them showed stock when I placed the order.

The picture of the spark plug clearly shows it is a Champion. I already purchased the NGK version at my local parts store. When my plug arrived it was not a Champion -- it was the NGK I already purchased at a much lower cost at my local auto parts store. You charge a shipping fee that is $10 and for 2 parts worth about $10 that shipping cost is pretty high. I was willing to pay that higher shipping fee because I was getting the Champion plug that was the original Cummins part. But I didn't get that part -- I received the NGK plug instead. Not a big deal but I will try not to order from RVupgrades again.
