I ordered the Barker 25 gallon 4 wheeler tote with pneumatic wheels but receiver hard plastic wheels from the manufacture instead. I called RV Upgrades service and told them the issue and they were great they called manufacture and I was shipped the new product with the pneumatic tires that same day. The shipping time is great I received my order within 3 business days. I will always shop at RV Upgrades and you should to. Thanks RV Upgrades
