The price was right and shipping charges were reasonable. My only concern was the discrepancy in the item's size dimensions in the item description compared to that in the technical description. But I think the size dimensions in the technical description is correct so I went ahead to order it anyway. Item arrived on time. Very happy with purchase.

Great price and easy checkout but I never received all of the tracking numbers for the 4 separate boxes that the hitch was shipped in so it was a bit confusing when they all came on different days. I was only provided one tracking number and then I made a call to RVUpgrades and only received one more tracking number. I thought at one point, I may not have ordered all of the parts needed so I had to called B&W to confirm. Recommend you provide the tracking numbers for all boxes in the future
