During the install I tried to get some needed parts. I reached out to rvupgradestore.com explaining the problem in an email. I received no reply.

Defectve parts were replaced by RVupgrades quickly and efficiently. All boxes were somewhat crushed but in reasonable shape other than appearing to have been opened previously.

I couldn't have asked for a better company to do business with! Their price on the product I ordered was $60.00 less than any other offer, plus it included free shipping which saved me even more. This kind of service was what made my decision to do business with RV Upgrade. Unfortunately, my part was damaged in shipping, but RV Upgrade happily received the damaged part back and had my replacement at my house in less than 24 hours. How they did that I don't know. It was amazing, and it is what makes a company great. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful! I am looking forward to doing further business with RV Upgrade in the future!
