Great price! I receive the first microwave in the time frame promised. However the microwave had some problems. There were dents in the trim kit. The glass facade for the door was not connected. Rvupgrades handled the problem quickly and sent out a new microwave which looks to be a great product. Thank you RVUpgrades

Every thing arrived in a timely manner, but I think all items would have fit in the one large box instead of one item per box as was shipped. There must have been 150 yards of paper stuffed in the entire order. Somebody needs to go to packaging school.
