Rusted Orange Craftworks Co.

I ordered two items from them earlier December as two Christmas gifts. When I received the product both items were bent. The metal is very thin so better packaging should have been done. I contacted them and they guaranteed me my replacement delivery within 7-10 business days. Mind you I ordered the items early. It is now 4 days before Christmas. I will not receive my items and there was no apology for this inconvenience. Very upset and disappointing.

I have yet to receive my order which was due on 01/03/2022. They sent me the email above and I replied to it explaining the situation. 3 times. Then nothing. They took the money from my bank which I freely gave for my purchase, and nothing. They must not read their replies or I would of heard from them by now. Just TRY to get a phone number to speak with a human being is impossible. If any of you have the phone number to Rusted Orange Craftworks Company, please post it on this site. Thanks for reading.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this place. I ordered "36" I Heart You…Personalized. I will try and put a picture of what they showed it looked like and what I got…VERY misleading!

I just received my order and I am very happy with the merchandise. Ordered theses for my married children. The order came to me at my office and I was excited to show it off to my coworkers. Our house burned Sept 7th. I ordered a "20 inch Monogrammed Circle with name" thru Groupon for our house after it's rebuilt. I made a mistake when redeeming it & wasn't able to finish the order. Aubrey@ Rusted Orange helped so much & put my order back in after I sent her a copy of my purchase. Many larger companies wouldn't have been so helpful & Aubrey was great! I'll buy again for sure!

I would not do business with this company. The first letter G they sent me was bent and twisted. They sent me a new one and requested the old one back & asked me to pay the return shipping. I told the
To reimburse me for shipping. The second letter G came in and was more bent and twisted then the first. They say they can't return my money to me. DON'T BUY

I have ordered several times from Rusted Orange, overall I have been pleased with the product. Yes, they have come bent, due to mail handling. I have sent pictures of the bent products and they have quickly sent a replacement. The mail service is slow, and that is not a fault of Rusted Orange. Their customer service was quick to respond on a Saturday afternoon and my replacement is currently in the mail. It has usually taken the full 10 days to arrive. I am overall a pleased customer. They send a helpful care card with each shipment.

When the ITEM that i had PURCHASED from Rusted Orange Craftworks arrived damaged their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT CONTACTED ME by EMAIL FAST after my initial review & DID SHOW a overall DUE DILIGENCE & GENUINE CONCERN in HELPING ME RESOLVE the PROBLEM i had with the DELIVERY! Which their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT DID by GIVING a QUICK REFUND to ME! So that is WHY i am giving Rusted Orange Craftworks a Five Star Review because of their good business ethics & full awareness of keeping their customers satisfied! I recieved my ordered within 5 days. One of my items had the last name missed spelled. Emailed them, they answered same day, they were professional, kind and ordered a corrected one same day. Excellent people, I plan on ordering again from them.

I am so embarrassed to give these as gifts. The metal is so thin I'm afraid of it bending when I wrap it. I only wish someone else would have gave this review and saved me money. Each piece had a delivery fee but 4 came in one box. Massive rip off. I will share this on every public platform I can in hopes that no one else waste their money like I did.

I ordered two gifts back on Dec 5. I paid for them up front and have yet to receive an order number or any confirmation. Have emailed, messaged on FB and called with no answer. Used PayPal and have reported them. DO NOT buy from companies that don't have a customer service #. I know better! Ugh!

I ordered on 12/10 & today is12/24... I'm still waiting. After reading the reviews I'm nervous of what to expect if it ever does come in...
