I have used this company for several years. Im in NZ and Mom is in east Russia. Every year I get the same excellent repeat performance. Delivery of flowers and gift basket. They usually throw in free chocolates when I go over a certain amount. Always good quality no rubbish. Now they also remind me just before the birthday so I dont forget! Also use them for Womens Day and other special occasions. Recommended.

After a misunderstanding, The owner Dimitriy contacted me to explain the security procedures and offered me a quick solution. Thanks to him I saw a big smile on my wife's face!

Would not recommend this outfit. Poor quality plants, most of which died within a week. After my complaint the recipient received a number of quite aggressive phone calls from the local florist culminating in their putting the phone down on her. She has a heart condition and her daughter forbade any further contact with her.

I received the princely sum of US$16 for my trouble. Never again!

RussianFlora Customer Support is great! Not only a lovely young lady helped me to choose the flowers and place the order, the whole team followed up with me when my aunt's phone was not available and finally provided the delivery confirmation and! VIDEO of delivery. I was happy to see my aunt's face shining, I saw how she liked the flowers and I am glad I found the company which makes people smile.

Exceptional service. Excellent tracking. We know exactly what the status is if there are any issues preventing delivery which was my case. They react incredibly fast and were able to deliver on the day that I had requested and as late as 10pm local time. Very fast turnaround time. Second time I do business with RussianFlora and I won't look anywhere else in the future. Those guys are awesome. Keep it up!

I used the company twice in a short period of time (3 weeks) and they managed to do same day delivery in both cases. In the first order, my choice of flowers was not available and they called me to make sure I was fine with another selection. The CS that called me was very nice and helpful and the quality of the goods delivered was up to my expectations. I highly recommend this website and will definitely come back with my future needs.

I ordered from RussianFlora twice since last year and have been pretty happy with their service. The communication is great and the customer service is extremely nice and responsive. The second time I ordered the gift arrived on Friday instead of Saturday and that was the only bummer because I asked for that date specifically. Otherwise, reliable company and I'll order again next year.

I often decide to put the words others speak about so-called "good" sites to the test and here is what I found out with my own experience with the site.

1. The online customer service was not that efficient in answering all my questions that I asked them. I spoke to a customer service representative who was very inefficient in answering all of my questions.

2. There are also location issues and challenges with this site. This company refuses from what I gathered to set up operations in certain locations deeming them "inferior" no doubt and so because of this their claim to ship all over the world is not that solid a claim. In the area of deliveries one will know that certain locations where a delivery business has set up their office can help in the speed with its deliveries and how quickly a delivery reaches where it has to go. This is not the case with this company in its refusal to set up at certain locations and so deliveries can be expected to be rather slow.

I was absolutely not impressed with the customer service and their answers at all. Fancy sites can still be full of problems and this is the case with this one indeed.

My girlfriend is Ukranian and I'm German. Russian Flora helps me to send her flowers easily, fastly and not so expansive. Without this company I don't know how I'll do that. Informations are excellent and I'm sure I'll send flowers with Russian Flora in future.

At first I was pretty skeptical about this type of services but now I realize that I was wrong. I used this company to deliver a flower basket to my mother-in-law in Latvia. She was hospitalized and my wife and I needed to show her some love. She was extremely happy to receive our surprise and it definitely helped her to get better.
The only reason I give 4 stars is because I would prefer if the prices were a little cheaper, otherwise everything is great!

I'm in Russia currently and my husband placed an order from usa for my family and me. He ordered cake, custom made basket of sweets and a teddy bear. He emailed me picture of his order. Overall order 175$.
The cake we got isn't same as on the picture and busket of candies isn't the best European chocolates as he ordered.
The man who contacted me said that due to covid19 they might not be able to find exactly what we ordered. However they charged for the best quality. I am disappointed. I could have bought this for less that 50$. But my husband wanted to make a gift... at least we got it.

They have a big issue with delivering on time, expect delays always with no apologies or explanation.
