I placed an order and they charge my paypal account immediately. The bill showed up as "Van Cong Phan". Eleven days later, it has not shipped. When I call I get voice mail. I emailed customer service and I got a very generic response ensuring my order would ship the next day. Three days later, it still has not shipped. Do not use this website!
