Scott Singleton was in charge of expediting my passport and he did a great job. The only thing that was not immediately clear was when I asked if I can get my old passport as quickly as possible the first staff who answered my inquiry thought it is not possible and later I learned that it is.

I was really amazed on how fast I got my passport! The customer service was excellent! I think I called them like 5 times before I shipped all my documents because I did not want to make any mistakes. They weren't annoyed and frustrated at all and told me I can call as much times as I needed. They were so nice and helpful and I am definitely going to recommend this company for anyone that needs a passport in a hurry.
