My wife and I discovered my passport was expired only 7 days from our planned vacation to Mexico. We panicked! We searched the internet and found Rush My Passport company who indicated they could deliver 24 hour turn around time to renew my passport. We had never used such a company before so we were very leery. However we read the reviews and went forward because we had no choice. We started the paper work on Wednesday evening. We were contacted immediately by email with very specific easy to understand instructions. Thursday we mailed everything as instructed. We got confirmation Friday that they received our paperwork and it was submitted to the State for processing. We had the passport Monday by Ups overnight mail. I can't tell you how relieved we are and how thankful we are to this company. Special thanks to Amy Figueroa the representative that processed our order. I am amazed at the service we received. Of course it came with a price but that's what we needed to pay for our oversize. Thank you Rush My Passport!

We were going to Cancun for Spring Break- booked the trip in Dec and did not know that children under 2 needed passports as well! Needless to say 4 days before leaving we wee told and rush my passport bailed us out of not missing our trip! Thank you so much!
RushMyPassport did a fantastic job at explaining exactly what I needed for proper documentation and provided terrific status updates. However, UPS totally dropped the ball on delivery. I had to rush to the depot at the very last second to pick up my passport before my vacation had to be totally cancelled. I paid extra for 24hr delivery and did not get any delivery at all. Luckily, I lived close enough to the depot to be able to drive there and retrieve my passport personally. The situation was extremely upsetting and the UPS counter clerk was rude and condescending. Please consider using another carrier. But, Thank you again for your exceptional service.
