Great service and the follow up info was timely

This is a great business! Customer service was very helpful in going over the process with me and making sure I had everything correct before sending it off. I paid for the 8-12 day and received even before the 8 days! This process can be stressful and bring a lot of worry but with rushmypassport you can be assured they will take care of you and get you your passport in the time they say!

All of the people I talked to were very professional.
The problems happened when the information I was given was incorrect. Wrong Post Office, hours were incorrect or the service wasn't provided. I understand this happens when web sites are not up to date. But, if this is the source of your information it should be your responsibility to make sure things are accurate.

I loved that I was assigned a customer service person who walked me through the whole process including all the details that I needed to make sure that I had right. I could call that person with any questions and they were familiar with my documents and timeline, it made things so much simpler. The customer service person reaching out to me to make sure that things were progressing at each step was very helpful too.

Dealt with fast well informed, easy to understand workers who were very patient with me. Only conceivable complaint would be wait time while calling in was excessive at times.
