The first contact with customer service was through a chat session, which was a waste of my time. The rep provided no helpful information, and when I asked for status, sent me a link to my delivery receipt for delivery of my passport to you a week earlier! The second contact by phone was much better, knowledgeable, helpful and apologetic for the first experience.
I highly recommend that you add a status button on your website to enable up-to-date tracking without requiring the customer chase you for information.
