I thought the customer service was great, and I was really impressed with the detailed instructions.
I had everything I needed before going to a passport agent and felt confident that there would be no bumps in the road so to speak. The checklist was a great idea, very helpful. I Received my passport days before expected which totally eased my fears, as my trip was less than a week away.
The only reason I gave 2 stars for if I would use the service again, was that after going to the passport office, I was told I could have gone done to the county office and asked for a rush appointment and they would have been able to handle it for me for much less money. Besides that, I plan on not losing my passport again! Hopefully.

I normally don't do reviews, but I must say the process with renewing my passport with "rushmypassport" was simply too easy. If you need a new passport or a passport renewed, I have no idea why you would go anywhere else to get it done.

I worked with Ben Figueroa to renew my passport. I was given step by step instructions via email, status updates via email and phone, and someone was always available to answer any questions I had. Like I said, simply too easy. Mailed out my documents on a Monday received my passport on Thursday, flew out on a Friday. Worth every penny!

I was skeptical of the service and was a bit apprehensive about using the service. I had no choice so I went for it after seeing that this type of services do exist. I am so grateful that I do not have to drive at least 4 hours to Detroit, or to Chicago 6 hours one way. My appointment at either one of these regional Passport agencies were not too comforting - 6 days away or 10 days away. My flight is to leave in 2 days after that. I am now sitting happy since my daughter's passport came to my front door 6 days after I realized my daughter's passport had expired! I used two business days service and yes, it's not cheap. However, considering the stress, driving, spending overnight at some motel using my precious hours, it is totally worth it. I'd say it again, "IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!"

My passport had been lost coming home from a business trip with only a few days before I left for vacation with my family. I was skeptical that they were going to be able to do as advertised. The customer service was incredible so I went through the process while still a little skeptical and James Rosier became my passport specialist. I was extremely impressed by the follow up phone calls and emails to make sure that everything went smooth with my passport. He made this process (which seemed to be so confusing for me) very easy by emailing me youtube videos, checklists and also followed up to make sure everything was ok. One time I called and wasn't able to get through and I received a follow up phone call to see if I had any other questions. I received me and my brother's and passport within the stated time and am truly impressed with the service. Great Job. I very highly recommend the service.

When I had problems with a required form (something about cookies, but then I AM technologically challenged), Yvonne Thompson helped me solve the issue. Alexandra Nivar was also extremely helpful regarding another problem I had. Both these customer service ladies were patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and I highly recommend this website because of them and because I really did get my new passport very, very quickly.
