A member of my family died and in order to be able to attend the funeral, I needed to obtain an expedited passport. My options were to drive over three hours to a regional passport center or use a service. My work schedule and family's schedule made a passport service the better choice. The service provided has been well worth the money I paid. The website was user friendly, their customer service was fabulous, and I received my passport very quickly. I called numerous times with many questions and had to call again due to an error on my part when mailing my documents. Every single person I spoke with was incredibly helpful and polite. I've really never had such consistent, great customer service experience over the phone. They are very thorough and organized. Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. I got my passport in about a week. The customer service also was very outstanding.
Overall my experience was good but there were two major stress factors.
1. After completing Steps 1 and 2, it is important to contact a RushMyPassport.com representative at *******838 to receive your Authorization Letter and Prepaid Shipping Label.
When I repeatedly called this number I was connected to what felt like a scam. It was a series of recordings that were trying to sell cruise trips etc. Again, I REPEATEDLY kept re-trying this number. Finally, I had to google for a customer service rep who gave me the right number.
2. Fedex- We missed the first 2 delivery attempts. Stressful bc we would have had to go to the fedex center if we had missed the 3rd. It would be great if they could leave it at the post office where we could sign for it as it is not over an hour away (Fedex center.
