Rush my passport was a great experience. I stalled on getting my passport together and ended up having to get the application bundled while on another trip. However, rushmypassport staff Amie Figueroa never made me feel bad for being a procrastinator :) The communication from the start was on point. Everything was calm, cool, and collected. I felt like I was in good hands from the start. The fact that they reminded me that next day air is a 2 day air to here in Alaska showed that they knew what they were doing. Often I had to tell them that, as most think it is a 1 day delivery. To have someone point that out on their own stands out.
