My first call was not positive. The last was very condescending and pompous. However, my second call was reared with expertise and respect. Thank you to the second customer service representative! He saved my experience.

The representative on the phone was professional and clear. They seemed to have encountered common mistakes before, and helped me not make the same ones. I felt confident sending the packet off. They then notified me each step of the way, so when the new passport arrived a few days after I sent it, I never had to wonder where it was.

This passport was last minute but your agents were very helpful all the way through the process and helped me get my passport 3 days before I was scheduled to leave the country. Thank you so much for expediting my passport.
