Excellent service. I needed my passport renewed within 2 weeks and the nearest passport processing center is 7 hours away. I selected the 6-10 days option and received my passport in 5 working days. Amie Figueroa was very professional and concise. The service was as advertised and the cost was worth it when considering the consequences of untimely renewal. If you passport renewal is relatively straight-forward, I recommend this service for convenience and expedited service.

Needed a passport and paid for non-rush. Waited longer than I should have and was so close had to upgrade. December 23, I was in a fix, with a trip to Mexico on January 2nd and an expiring passport. Amie Figeuroa assisted me and was awesome. She assured me of the timetable, gave very clear instructions on what to do and made the entire process simple. I am very grateful for the service and expertise.
It was a little pricey, but from the time my documents were sealed I received my passport in 15 days and that was with Christmas and New Year's in that timeframe. I had to call to find out what next steps were and they were always really helpful and friendly and I even had one rep that gave me her direct number and email so I wouldn't have to explain everything all over again.
