I worried about making my color zelection but am extremely pleased with the entire purchase, including color, size, shipping aned overall quality and price.
I liked the ease in which I made a return. I misjudged the size of my room initially and returned the first rug I ordered. I re-ordered the rug I chose in the correct size and I am happy to have it laying under my kitchen table now!

I ordered rugs for my new place. When I entered my Address, it had a different Shipping and Billing Address. But when the order was placed, it had the Billing Address same as Shipping Address. I sent an email to customer care almost immediately, but that was of no use. Later called the customer care, they were not able to change the Shipping Address nor were they able to cancel my order.
Hope they resolve it soon. Please check your address before you place your order as it is not able to cancel or change the address later.
