After seeing all these reviews I got nervous after making the purchase especially since I never even got a confirmation email. Knowing the company likely ships from China I was prepared to give it a decent amount of time but I ordered my shoes 5/7/17 & got them 5/22/17. I hadn't heard from them for 2 days after placing the order so I sent 2 emails & actually got a pretty quick response. I also tried contacting the Facebook page directly which they also answered but they provided the wrong info. Much to my surprise I saw a box waiting for me & tried em on. The quality is okay. I mean I paid $66.92 because of this half of sale so are they worth $119? Absolutely not. $60? Meh okay sure. So maybe this site is hit & miss, maybe they're getting their shiz together, but I'm stoked for my rick & morty shoes!

I bought two pairs of shoes from this company it has now been well over two years and I still haven't received them. Definitely a scam.

Ordered March 30 and after several emails back and forth, finally received my shoes. They are right size and print but grossly dirty and has permenant marker on them (my fault for having white shoes...?) I also got the excuse of owners brother dying but "Susan" was the person who got staffing back up, not "Tim" (doesn't matter). Every email I asked for refund and after last email my shoes showed up two days later, ironic? Terrible company and will never order from this company again!

I ordered Tennessee vols tennis shoes ans never received. They was sure to take my money right away but never sent the shoes. They need to be stopped or sued for scamming people out of their hard earned money :( DONT ORDER. RUN...

This mostly a fraudulent company. I did receive 2 pair of sneakers but they are made in China and their sizes are not consistent with USA sizes and did not fit. The fraud comes in when they send you more pairs of sneakers then you ordered and charge you account. They tell you to E-Mail them which I did 8 times and they never respond. The charges will come under Lvxxart *******144, nobody ever answers and they tell you to leave a message which I did 9 times-no call back. O yourself a favor stay away at all cost from Royal Trendy

1st off. I'm not taking my 1-star review away. They are TERRIBLE with their customer service. After sending several emails I started getting automated "come back, we miss you" and buy something else emails! I would reply to those asking for my paid merchandise. No response to any of those emails.

It has been about 5 weeks. And I finally received the shoes I ordered. Basically, this business "in Boston" is not in Boston. I got my shoes directly from China per the mailing label. If they would just say this from the beginning we'd understand the effing delay. However, I'm never ordering from again!

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Feb. 7,2017, Feb. 9,2017 they charged my CC. Their website says 7 to 10 days on day 11 i email them, they respond with "my order is being processed", I wait another week, I email again, this time their response is " 4 to 6 weeks max on delivery. Here we are at week 6 and nothing I called, left a message, i emailed for a third time and nothing. So this morning I filed a complaint with Bristol County MA, district attorneys office.

My wife ordered 1 pair of shoes about a month ago they told her they were going to send her a tracking number we have not seen nothing yet, I try calling them and its always after hours, I have sent them emails to call me they never do, its always we are sorry for the delay, I posted my complaint with the better business bureau. Royal Trendy is not affiliated with BBB, but I will get my money back what a scam this company is!

Placed my order on April 7,2017, sent numerous emails and have had zero communication from this company. Unfortunately, I am most likely out $70 but we learn from our mistakes. Hoping to eventually get my shoes I ordered but not holding my breath... It's too bad the "star rating" makes you choose at least one because otherwise I wouldn't select any stars for this company.

Just like everyone else who have write a review; I was immediately charged but NEVER, EVER received my item. All they did was gave was give bs'ed excuses and lie about the status of my item.

I can't be more clear: these guys are a scam! They're out to steal your money, without providing anything!

I got an email today asking me to review my recent purchase of shoes. I had to laugh because I ordered the shoes over 6 weeks ago and still haven't received. I have sent numerous emails and got the "family member passed away" story. I'm going to chalk this one up for a $60 loss. Also, I saw there add on Facebook. There add for the shoes came up daily on my feed. Ever since I bought the shoes I have never seen the add again. STAY AWAY!

I along with everyone else on here am having the same issues... Yes they were cheap and the only reason i ordered, Guess you guys are setting on a beach somewhere laughing it up cause 19 dollars times 10 or 20 thousand adds up... You are pulling a scam on people and let me tell you something, KARMA is a $#*!! I wish the federal government would come down on your head,

I ordered Nebraska sneakers on last june and never received them... they took my money... as I am reading reviews they did this to many people. I think we should all get together and sue them! SCAM SCAM SCAM

They wasted no time charging me for the shoes I purchased, it took over a month to receive. The shoes were nothing like the picture, ink drips and stains on both pairs. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Never again don't waste your money

Ordered my shoes on August 29, still no shoes! I've sent 2 email inquiring as to there whereabouts and nothing! They were only $20 Auburn sneakers, but hell, football season is half way over and judging by the responses I'm not getting back from them in regards to my inquiries, I can only say, I probably will never get them.

I ordered a pair of UF sneakers on 8/30/17 from an add on Facebook. They were $19 w/free shipping. It is now 11/10/17 and I havent yet received my shoes. Of course they billed my credit card the very next day, 9/1/17. So far, can not reach anyone for help. Stay away from this fly-by-night company. They are nothing but scammers.

I ordered my shoes March 27th it is now May 4 I still have not received my shoes that I ordered. They wasted no time taking my money off my credit card I've sent multiple emails with only one response saying it will be 7 to 10 days before receiving my product I checked the confirmation it still shows has not been shipped! I will be filing a complaint with the District Attorney's Office and anyone who would like to start a class action lawsuit against this company please join me! It seems they do this to everyone based on the reviews of this company. We cannot let companies like this exist!

Received shoes for my husband, but they were too small. Email several times to get the directions for an exchange, and they never responded. Once they get your money, it is like they say "the h_ ll with you!" This is a warning for those of you who are attempting to order anything. My husband was now stuck with shoes that are too small. Because they never responded we were lucky to sell them for the price I paid for them.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from them, money was taken out right away from Bank account. I accidentally erased confirmation number, so it took 8 emails and 4 phone calls( no one ever answered) before I finally received order number. I was told that because of atypo they had a hard time finding it. WELL still couldn't track order because it kept saying invalid order number. 40 days later I got my shoes. 2 Sizes too small! Made and shipped from china, and now once again no one is answering my emails to exchange for correct size

We can only agree with all previous writers. Royal Trendy is not a serious company, they will just take your money and never send your order.

No replies, no service - nothing

Royal Trendy is beyond crappy, they're downright criminal.

Please help bring them DOWN!

Placed my order 3/3/17 and right away they deducted the fees. Haven't got my shoes as of today 4/12/17. I've sent multiple emails and they never respond back. If I can give them a 0 for review I would... Shame on you!

I ordered my shoes Aug 30th and still no shoes! I really wish I would have researched them before I gave them my money! Im only out $16 but still this is some garbage! I also reviewed them on bbb.org and rating of an F go figure! I have sent plenty of emails with no response. There are 2 different numbers for this company listed on the bbb! Of course calling and nothing!

First, I want to personally apologise to you. We're a bit behind schedule at the moment as one of the owners' brother recently passed away.

This is a family business. It hit us hard. So, with everything going on our production has went down due to the number of staff taking time off to grieve and deal with everything that has surrounded his passing.

We're still producing shoes, of course, but we've been short staffed, so we are a bit behind schedule. It's been a difficult time.

I'm going to ask Tim at the factory to look into this for you.

We're fully staffed. In fact, Tim just brought on 7 new people to help us speed up the back orders.

I've never seen shoes fly at the door so fast. Turn around time is amazing for back orders.

Orders are usually process and shipped with 7-10 business days of purchase.

After that you will receive a shipment notice email.

The email will include your tracking number.

There is overwhelming popularity of some of our items. Some shipping times may take longer than the estimates below, plus as I mentioned we are a bit behind schedule due to the death in the family.
