I purchased a sofa from RC and it arrived in good condition and was as described. Unfortunately the shiny, metal legs, in a separate package were missing...ugh. The person I spoke to said they would first need to contact the delivery company to determine if the legs had or had or had not been delivered. As if I was trying to get a free set of useless legs. Recognizing that proving something didn't happen would be difficult, I asked how long that would take. She said because this had never happened before (really?), she wasn't sure how long it would take but she thought at least a couple of weeks. I suggested RC should try to mitigate my inconvenience by immediately sending the replacements and if in the search process they should show up here, I would willingly send them back, on my dime BTW. The woman's demeanor became more and more curt as we discussed the problem and it was clear she was angry. Ultimately she agreed to send a replacement set. Here's the unbelievable part. The shiny metal legs arrived in a box without packing. Not only were they scratched during transit, they also had deep scars caused by something prior to being shipped. It seems she intentionally sent damaged parts. Enough said.
