Very happy with my order of several summer dresses and a bathing suit. Quality was very good and material was soft and comfortable. Everything was true to size. Only issue was it took almost a month to receive items- so you must be patient.

Color was correct but not near as bright or vivid as pictured. I didn't even try the suit on. Returning, with MY label/expense, since they wanted $10 to return it!

I have ordered a number of items from Rotita and am thrilled with each item I received! I have been looking for ombré tanks everywhere with little luck. I found them on your website!

Only negative I have is the inability to receive a percentage off purchases. I believe if you are a return customer a percentage off would keep me ordering. Unfortunately, this is not the case as you have to hit a specified price point to receive a discount. I can't afford reaching specified price points every single time I order.

I was frustrated with the return service. I received my orders in good time. The swimsuit was good but the swimpant was too see-thru. I went to return it and mailed it via Canada post for close to $12 CAD. Tracking was way more costly. If I had chosen that it would not have been worth ordering in the first place. When I went to put in the return info at the site it was insisting on Tracking info. At that point I realized I had returned the pants and paid shipping and would not receive a refund. Please check out the return processes on site's like SHEIN. The customer support saved the day and said when they receive the parcel and all was intact, they will refund.

Purchasing products from Rotita has been fine but I am really fed up with being bombarded with emails ever since buying something. I've tried to Unsubscribe but they are still coming in - sometimes several every day. PLEASE stop sending them! If I want anything I will contact you!

I've ordered 3 times now from Rotita. Their customer service is very good and quick to reply to your questions. Most of the tops I have received have been great, however, there have been a couple of misses... where the clothing looks nothing like the picture. But I'm still happy with the majority of my purchases.

Customer Service Rep. Isha was very helpful in facilitating the return return label process. ( I would have given 5 stars if Rotita site was more explicit as to how a customer could get a return label) Isha was wonderful in helping reassure me that she had processed the label and that I should receive it within 6 hours by email

Ordering was easy. Item took a bit longer than I expected but arrived. Great quality. Unfortunately it doesn't fit properly and there is no information on how to return said item,

Sowshi was very helpful & answered my question quickly. I wanted a different size & she added that info so I didn't have to reorder.

After much chatting back and forth with Isha, she told me on Monday, 8/15 that the two white blouses and the one pink blouse in medium I wanted to exchange for the same styles in size small, were available in small. So, I shipped the mediums using the address label Isha provided. I believe that you are in receipt of the blouses I returned. So now I am waiting for these 3 blouses in size small to be shipped to me. At all times, Isha is helpful courteous and efficient in her communication.

This was the first time I bought from Rotita. I got two tankinis and a cover up for me and my daughter. The prices of the items are good and the possibility of using the coupons codes made my experience better. When I got the items and we tried them on, there was only one problem, the swim bottom shorts for my daughter was too small. I will like to exchange it for the next size but I don't want to pay for the return shipping. Other than that I think that the products are beautiful with so many styles to pick from and good prices and coupons and I really enjoy winning free points every day!

This is an update on my previous review. I'm happy to state that all problems have been resolved and I will be receiving a replacement dress in the colour and size requested. I was asked to cut up the dress, take a photo and send it to them as proof the dress was destroyed. I thought this was fair as I had said it couldn't be worn and was too big. I feel the outcome of contacting customer service has been positive and they have been very quick to respond and resolve my issue... all in all, very efficient if a little stressful for the customer. I would also like to say that the dress I received was beautifully made but had a defect that escaped quality control but one must accept that these things can happen. Ultimately the problem is resolved and I look forward to receiving the replacement.

Today's experience with Isha was good although there is lots of repetition explaining what I wanted. I am just waiting now for an email confirming my refund. For anyone in Canada mailing a return to USA, use Canada Post, there's no tax and much cheaper than mailing a parcel here in Canada. Lol Rotita has a great selection, quality of products and quick shipping. Thank You. I will be a returning customer.

I ordered a swimsuit in red, size 2XX. The top is a 2XX and it fits nicely, however, the color is pink not red. I also do like the pink color, so that is alright, just a little disappointed. The bottoms are a size 3XXX and way too big for me. The suit is a set, but the 2 pieces are not the same size. I also ordered a pair of Boy Shorts swim bottoms in a size XL. They fit perfectly and I am happy with them. Thank you for asking

Overall experience was good. Delivery was a bit slow however it did get here in the end.

These swimsuits are really cute and feel like good quality fabric. However, the sizes are not consistent. One of them fit perfectly, while the other was too small. I would prefer the shipping to be free, rather that the $9.99 Rotita charges, if the return is due to the garment being labeled the incorrect size.

The swimsuit was not what I expected. It had a sheer bottom that I didn't realize from the picture. I returned it. The return was easy, but I only got about half of my money back. Apparently the item was on sale when I returned it, so I only got the sale price. They also took out money for shipping which I was aware was going to happen. That resulted in about half of the original money I had spent for the swimsuit.

It's lovely and fit me great. My second one ordered was to small and I'm returning that for money back. Other wise love the clothes you sell.

Ordered 3 xl tops to take on my holiday. 2 were fine and I'm happy about that but one was too tight. Think size label must be wrong. Would send it back but not sure what to do.
