This was my first order, & I'm just so happy to have found a supplier who's product is exactly as shown, & quality & fit are better than I could have imagined. I'm not far off 80, but love trendy tops, & the two I bought in 8-10 size are both age suitable & make me feel nice. I'd recommend Rotita to anyone! Thanks so much.
I followed your exchange instructions and filled in all the feels that were necessary and it would not let me submit. I tried this several times and now I'm having trouble trying to get a hold of anyone and there's no customer service phone number provided.
When we ordered items we're supposed to be here Feb 3. Our trip started on the 6. Items kep getting delayed so trip was over by time they finally got here. All items fit bigger, the material on bathing suit bottoms are almost see through. So will not buy them or recommend them again.
I order Nov 18 well before the Christmas rush. You did not ship till December 10 and then It was not received here till January 10. If you are not going to ship till the items are 3 quarters paid for then tell your customers this in the first place. Even though you took months not days to get it here I would still like to order your products as they are great quality and beautiful material and fit well.
Once my order was placed I received a confirmation with pictures. These pictures were deceiving because I bought 2 swimsuits but there were 3 pictures, both swimsuits plus a picture of the bottom of one of them. This made me think I had made a mistake. After sending a ticket I received an answer explaining that the order was ok.
It's now Feb 10th and the order is still not out? Why is it taking so long.
I purchased the Geometric print long sleeve black dress. The model display this dress with belt, when I received my Oder and tried the dress on it had No belt. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed because there's not one display of the dress featured without the belt. The on line chat staff was absolutely no help when I chatted numerous time telling them I order the dress that comes with black belt with the white stitching on it. All I ask for them is to send me the correct dress and they wanted me to pay $9 to return the dress that I feel I shouldn't have to pay since I didn't receive the dress with the belt. Good service would have been to send me another dress and then I could have return. Rotita you don't have good customer service when a customer makes a complaint. I ordered 5 items...2 were the wrong item. It's very frustrating due to not being able to send back. I'm not happy. I loved ordering from you...but last 2 times items have been replaced without permission
Shipping was very slow almost one month to arrive. As well swim top has an unfinished edge. Not satisfied. Would not recommend
I ordered 2 swimsuit tops and a shirt on March 22, the latest delivery date was April 15 and it is now the 18th and no order! I leave for vacation tomorrow and now I will not have a swimsuit. Very disappointed that there was no phone number to call. I did live chat with a rep. They were nice but I am pretty sure they will not be able to get my order to me before tomorrow morning.

Ordered an item of clothing, which were really cute. Right after I placed this, I was hacked on my credit card. Cannot prove it was this purchase. It was the only purchase I made in that time frame. Had to get new card. Not happy.
Clothing came pretty quickly. I had to send back two of three things I ordered due to sizing. My complaint is that they want a tracking number to return articles which cost me 30 dollars. So of the 70 I was suppose to get back, 30 of it went to returns. I won't buy there again.
Capris swim shorts were too small. The legs fit nicely, but the waist was far too tight. I usually wear a 6 in pants, but this medium was more like a small. Caused my skin to bulge over the top. Buy one or even two sizes larger for sleeker look.

I placed an order on January 30th for 3 bathing suits and two additional skirts. Every piece I ordered stated that there was a 24 hour dispatch time and that all items would arrive on or before February 17th. I checked the tracking almost daily as this order was very important to me for a trip I was taking on the 18th. I contacted support and I was told that the order had just shipped that week! I just got back from my trip and guess what? STILL no order! I'm extremely upset about this and I just may refuse the entire thing and put in a stop payment with my Credit company.
2 out of 3 item are too large. Can't return items for free and have to send back entire order according to instructions. Won't buy from this website again.
Took a long time for order to arrive with little communication from them unless I did it. The swim suits I ordered were not bad quality but the cup to small for the size so I returned. Very expensive to return again very little communication but they did refund the full amount. I wouldn't order from them again to much hassle
You place an order get charged for it and then weeks later get a notification that an item is now out of stock come to find out they haven't even shipped your items yet? That's crazy! I'm still waiting for items I purchased on 3.27 and it's now 5.7! Absolutely ridiculous! I paid on 3.27. I had a trip on 4.29 I wanted these for clothes for. Highly disappointed!
Took forever to arrive. Top is cute on site but on person doesn't look like it should.
I have been trying to exchange what I ordered because the items were too small.
I had trouble with the website not allowing the info to "SUBMIT" when I click on that. I checked that all necessary fields were filled in. Submitted a help ticket but the response wanted me to do a return for $9.95 to print a label or use the link provided for a return/exchange. Same link as before for a return/exchange. Info (i. E. size needed, same items, etc) still would not work. Sent them another email response. I am still waiting for a resolution or more communication. Website says you cannot to speak to a live person. Not a good business practice. I will pursue a resolution through Paypal if necessary or dispute the charge for the product on my credit card.

Check online reviews for this company. The product and service reviews were good. It appeared people got customer service from live people but there are no phone numbers listed on the website. It says to submit an online ticket or do a support chat.

Your size charts are not working, for me anyway. I look at the size charts, measure myself & still the shirts come either to big or too small. This is gonna be my last order, I'll go where I can try things on.
I bought two dresses at different times, but I will not buy again from Rotita. The first time I was charged insurance not realizing it, second time I declined the insurance. Both times I was charged on my debit card an ATM fee,(FOR WHAT?). I wanted to return one of the dresses and there's a $9.99 charge for the label that is taken away from my refund, it was all ridiculous!
I tried to get in contact with Rotita to report the problem. It was impossible to forwarded the videos that your agency request with the demages,,, it's is not logic. Submitting photos it's enough.
I traveled and I was unable to make contact with the agency... This is not fair to the buyer. My dress is damaged, and I am very unhappy.
I listened to friends and bought a tankini set.
The bottoms fit but definitely shorter than stated.
The top does fit at all. I'm a size 10 which was a medium but I went with a large (sizes 12-14) and it was still small. Plus it didn't lay correctly.
I'm not returning the items because I didn't notice they'll charge me 9.99 for the return and I pay for shipping
I'm donating the set.

The colors of the swimsuit are off. It is not as shown in the picture. It is supposed to be hot pink, blue and white. It is red, white and blue. It is fine for the 4th of July, but I did not want those colors. I ordered a bigger size in every dress, due to the reviews. That is a good idea. They run small. The green dress will not fit over my chest. I wear a medium and it's a large. I can't wear it. I will not order from this company again.
Is it possible that you can check your records to see if they were ever despatched.

This time I ordered something that I was needing for a particular occasion so unpaid extra for fast shipping and at this date I have still not received my purchase. Said latest date to receive would be the 7th, which isn't here yet, but item is still processing.
