Ordered jeans and a coat. Size 33 jeans are spot on UK size. Also so unique that you do not see anything like them on anyone else. Really are nice and very fashionable. Price is amazing. Coat is also nice but have to be careful of sizes. I'm a UK medium and XL is perfect comparison here. Been using these guys for many years and still keep coming back. Excellent value and the delivery time is very good considering they come from another country. Trusted Seller and product always good. Prices truly unbeatable!
Stole a good $12.00 out of my refund that was supposed to be returned to me upon sending the item back. The item was nothing like the pictures online & so thin it wasn't even worth buying. Customer service is horrible. There are no follow ups & they delete your corresponding messages so as to make it seem like they never even spoke to you. I've called & called & I have been lied to numerous times. Stay away from this company seriously.
I had a size problem with 3 blouses and 2 dresses. I contacted company of my problem. After a review I wrote, they did make it right. I'm hoping in the future they will take care of all problems do to sizing. I have been told they will work on this problem to help serve their present and future customers.

This company has beautiful things but I put in my order in at the beginning of January and it is now June. I have been waiting for 6 months. I understand some things may get lost and not impatient but If I don't get on this I may never see my purchase. Customer service responds quickly and they will help. Just a bit of an inconvience.
Hi I come from Seychelles island and I ordered two item from rosewhole sale last October and I received it in January this year. I can understand that it has to go through lots of customs but I paid for insurance and was able to trace my order. Just be a little patient if you have ordered any thing from them cause the product was worth the wait.
I placed an order for a dress more than 6 months ago. Sent me the item with 2 sizes smaller than indicated in their size guide. Never received the replacement that they claimed they have shipped and to add insult to injury, they told me to pay the full shipping cost again.

I recently received a Jacket which was the wrong size, way to small. I contacted the Customer Service Centre and they suggested I post it back at my cost - $36.00, (about 30% of the cost of the jacket). I have informed them this is unacceptable, as it was their fault. I proposed they credit my Paypal account for the $36.00 and I will return it for a new jaket of the correct size. I know a lot of you will be rolling yor eyes and saying 'Good Luck', but if Rosewholesale want to seen as a reputable company they should do this. I will keep you informed on how it goes.

Prices are reasonable. Delivery is prompt. However, I would be careful on buying whites as they might sometimes be stain. Then will not be worth it as we have to ship back for an exchange.
I need to be refunded for 5 items I paid, only 4 arrived in the wrong size, I asked for XL and these are so small not even a slim teenager fits. The 5th never arrived. I ordered a pink glitter purse to match my daughter's homecoming dress. Unfortunately, we received gold instead of pink. Nevertheless, I am giving this company 3 stars, as the purse is beautiful and of really good quality; these same purses run for considerably more in a store. Additionally, it arrived pretty quickly. We are just going to keep it; not worth the hassle of returning it. My daughter can still use it.

I'm an Aliexpress A3(2nd highest) customer and an Amazon Prime customer. I ordered one item from Rosewholesale. Cost was only $10. After 96 days, I had not recieved my order. So I inquired. They got back right away and asked me my shipping info. Then asked me to wait. Still no order. Then I inquired again. They asked me the same shipping info. They then responded because it was over 3 months, no refund was available. After I contacted sitejabber which was only a 1 star, they responded to provide a full refund.

Although I am very unsatisfied with the shopping aspect of Rose Wholesale, the customer service department did stay in touch with me and issued the refund within about a week.

I received a full refund for the jacket I never received. Thank you RoseWholesale.
I placed two orders with RoseWholesale. My first order was back in April 2017 and I still have not received the jacket even after placing a complaint ticket. They responded once asking me to let them know when I receive my package. I responded letting them know the Post Office didn't have it and there was no way to track the package without a tracking number. Rosewholesale sent me my order number but not tracking information and then closed my ticket and said my item was received but, it has not been received as of today.
My second order (I placed shortly after the 1st not knowing there was going to be a problem) was received fast; no problems. I will not order from them again knowing that if there is a problem, they won't try to solve it.

My order was late and then when it arrived the dress was way too small. However, I wrote to Rosewholesale and they are in the process of fully refunding my purchase. They originally gave me $10 off for it being late. They have notified me now that they are refunding the full purchase price. The dress was very nice, just way too small.

My son picked out a hoodie, went to the site, checked the size chart and ordered a XXL for the boy who wears a M. I got it in plenty of time to add to the package sent 1,000 miles away. Won't know until after the holidays how it fit, wore and washed. It doesn't feel as if it's heavy material. His step mom couldn't even get the site to take her order. So, I guess it's hit and miss.

We ordered three 4th of July swimsuits and paid extra shipping coasts so they arrive on time and they didn't. But rosewholesale was willing to refund the products shipping fee and I was happy that after that the suits came in and actually fit. They're not as bad now but I will still never shop there again.

I ordered one bathing from them and it was on good condition. Shopping was a bit longer but I didn't mind. Not sure I would use it in the future though
I would give 5 stars because they have good customer service and all, but I expect to get the service I paid for. It's only fair. Now I am told my order is selected randomly for a deep, inspection. If you need your items in less than 15 days this is not the best shopping site to visit.
I ordered a tank top and even though it takes a little longer, I waited like 5 weeks, it does arrive. I had to order a few sizes larger though but if you know that it's not a problem. I'm very happy with it and I recommend this site to other people.

Now the company wants me to email them photos showing a tape measure for the dimensions of the shirts. Are you kidding me?
