Ordered jeans and a coat. Size 33 jeans are spot on UK size. Also so unique that you do not see anything like them on anyone else. Really are nice and very fashionable. Price is amazing. Coat is also nice but have to be careful of sizes. I'm a UK medium and XL is perfect comparison here. Been using these guys for many years and still keep coming back. Excellent value and the delivery time is very good considering they come from another country. Trusted Seller and product always good. Prices truly unbeatable!
Stole a good $12.00 out of my refund that was supposed to be returned to me upon sending the item back. The item was nothing like the pictures online & so thin it wasn't even worth buying. Customer service is horrible. There are no follow ups & they delete your corresponding messages so as to make it seem like they never even spoke to you. I've called & called & I have been lied to numerous times. Stay away from this company seriously.
I ordered something two months ago and haven't received them. Tried and tried to reach customer service to no avail. Chat line does not work and phone number has an answering machine. They have no customer service!
Update: Shortly after leaving this review Rosewholesale contacted me to refund my money, 3 to 5 days. Stay tuned.
The first item I bought from Rose wholesale was ok but I later bought four other items, out of which three were long sleeves. The long sleeves were all crap. They were made from substandard material and smaller than medium size. When I got one of the long sleeves, since they did not come at the same time, i sent them a message to return it but it has been two weeks now, I have not gotten any reply.
I will never recommend buying any item from Rose Wholesale because they are fraud. If you take a close look at the items displayed on their website you will observe that other Asian website also display the same items. What this means is that they could not be the original owner of the material or items they display.

Our band manager wanted us to order some clothes from this site. He said he used them before. I ordered on the 19 of October, he ordered days later - he got his on the 27th of October. I check on my order, they say was shipped part and backordered part. Tracking number not valid, website contact forms don't work, phone number didn't work. Very disappointing. Communication is key, and I ordered to have for this weekend based on the delivery date. We were wanting if this order worked out to order more for an entire band.

The website does say cheap items but I did not realize they were talking about quality as well as cost. The clothes were too small to fit this size 8 America woman, even the one size fits all looks like it is for a 10 year old girl. The material reminds me of Barbie clothing, thin and see through. Horrible, horrible, horrible do not order the clothing! It would cost more to return it to China than what I paid for it, I had to donate the clothing.

Review update....since I posted my displeasure on sitejabber with the poor quality and super tiny sizes of the products on this website they did offer me a 2/3 refund which I accepted. I figure 2/3's refund is better than nothing because I can't wear the clothing and it is too much to ship it back to China. I have already put all three item into the donate box at my house and will make sure I do not order from companies in China in the future.

So, it has been a very trying three months, but i was given a refund. I would like to thank madelyn for her help on this matter.
On a side note, it was politely explained to me, so i will share with you: when returning to THIS company you can not refuse a package. Accept it, then contact the company. Maybe your situation will/ should be much better than mine.

Firstly, no one has ever stated that in all the communications i had with YOU'R customer service. I have read your return policy, and it also never said anything about returned items being destroyed.
Your policy: ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED; "NOT DESTROYED."
Return Policies:
Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.
So, it would be reasonable to believe that if item(s) was returned. I would have receive it back after *what?* FIVE MONTHS, so please don't act like i did not have regular communications with your company. You can also see that the word "destroyed" was never stated and i was lead to believe that a refund was coming... "just give it a few more weeks."
VERY BAD COMPANY! And apparently one that is VERY creative with there responses.

stay away from this company. there, are so many other companies that will give you respect and dignity. you won't find that here.
So, i purchased about $90 worth of items for the site. Items were shipped in two bags; i opened to smaller bag tried on what was there and decided that the fit was just not right. I then return the items, in the other "unopened" package, through the post. Contacted "RoseWholesale.com" customer service after a week; feeling that they should have received items a state away by then. I had an okay communication for about 2.5 months with them always saying that items have not been returned yet... ect. So, finally i had enough and started demanding my refund and then things got very unpleasant. I was told i could only has a $15 refund as a courtesy. I then got paypal involved and after a lot of leading communication. I was informed that the requested refund was denied because "RoseWholesale.com" has no record of the item(s) being shipped/ returned. SO, NOW I AM OUT $90, WHILE "RoseWholesale.com" GETS TO KEEP MY $90 AND THE ITEMS THAT I RETURNED.
P.S.- after asking repeatedly... no one ever checked the warehouse or shipping/ receiving area for the items. So, they are possibly sitting in a pile or corner somewhere. Really great company... NOT.

I ordered pants and a top for a Christmas gift. Half of the items I ordered came within a month, so order earlier than you need it, very soft nice material. The item that did come was ordered in a 4x and fit my daughter who is a size 2. If ordering please order a much, much larger size.

I ordered 2 Denim jackets. I chose XL male adult. I know I did because I triple checked before completing the order. I received my product in a reasonable amount of time, about 2 weeks. Problem is they don't fit. It appears that I was shipped a children's XL. So I go to submit a "ticket' and the web page freezes and wonder submit. I try to find a phone number and the one number given is " turned off". Customer service in the last 10 years has gone down world wide. And this company is a perfect example of that. I will never order from Rose Wholesale again.

As stated the shirts i did receive fit my 10 year old son, not me. You'd think a simple email would remedy the situation but no, you have to attempt, for hours, to use the "live chat" complaint service. Although it seems like value for money the hassle involved is not worth the saving.

First off, pay close attention to the sizing charts. I bought two mens sweatshirts. I normally wear men's medium based on US sizes. I bought them both xtra large and they just fit. They were supposed to be a cotton blend. They look and feel like the cheapest fleece I have ever seen. I'm not going to wear them, I'll donate them. I also bought a vest, xtra large. It won't even come close to buttoning, it's way to small, it's being donated as well. I also bought an xtra large bathing suit for my medium frame. It fits great, and the material appears to be standard bathing suit material. I'll have to find out how well it holds up. I'm still waiting for another item that shipped seperately. I would say don't buy from this place.

Was super excited to find an emerald green lace dress for ~$20! Looked super cute, had sizing chart, and while not great shipping times (10+ days once it was collected) but I ordered the dress without any time limits for when I needed it.
Unfortunately, the dress wasn't the beautiful vibrant green - just the lace was. Instead, it was a duller green which looked tired and dirty especially next to the lace. It was also supposed to be all over this color and the top actually didn't have any fabric behind it just more lace and a mesh to prevent it being see-through.
I was severely disappointed. With the quality of the stitching and hamming as well. It is coming apart already and the lace is pilling.
Would not recommend and will not be purchasing another item.

I was very excited to find and order a dress that will be my wedding dress. The dress was shipped on 9/7/15 and was never received. The contact phone number never works. It just rings and rings then cuts off. The support page will never go through since the 4 digit code

I ordered two bathing suits in February with a promise of an early delivery. I have contacted this company on numerous occasions to no avail. I don't recommend that you waste your money. They pretend to assist but just give you the run around. Refund was received after dispute was issued via PayPal. I will not shop from this Company again. Lesson learned the hard way.
