Ordered jeans and a coat. Size 33 jeans are spot on UK size. Also so unique that you do not see anything like them on anyone else. Really are nice and very fashionable. Price is amazing. Coat is also nice but have to be careful of sizes. I'm a UK medium and XL is perfect comparison here. Been using these guys for many years and still keep coming back. Excellent value and the delivery time is very good considering they come from another country. Trusted Seller and product always good. Prices truly unbeatable!

Stole a good $12.00 out of my refund that was supposed to be returned to me upon sending the item back. The item was nothing like the pictures online & so thin it wasn't even worth buying. Customer service is horrible. There are no follow ups & they delete your corresponding messages so as to make it seem like they never even spoke to you. I've called & called & I have been lied to numerous times. Stay away from this company seriously.

Stole a good $12.00 out of my refund that was supposed to be returned to me upon sending the item back. The item was nothing like the pictures online & so thin it wasn't even worth buying. I bought a rain jacket. After waiting days for the raincoat to arrive, I finally decide to check on the website for the status of my jacket. I found out that it was listed as delivered, but I NEVER got it! When I reported this to customer service and told them that my package was stolen, they said that it is not their responsibility, and they can not give me a refund. If you want to save time, energy and money, don't ever do business with this company.

On March 2,2019 I ordered two bathing suits. I received one suit right away. The other swim gear still has not been delivered. I have called them repeatedly regarding a refund for the missing bathing suit. They refuse to return my money. Please do not risk spending your money with this company. Paying for tow items and only receiving one is fraud. Buyer beware.My order number is HR************** and I paid $48.60 for both swim suits.

The dress on Facebook looked lovely. I pictured myself wearing it with pearls and paten shoes as I walked down my staircase to my guests. I know right, how magical... till the dress didn't come. Ordered and paid for the dress on November 20,2017 and today on January 10,2018 I still have no dress. Crappy company with crappy responses that I swear were written by a 2 year old. Never ever deal with this company. They ship from China and my shipment never came.

BEWARE! None of the clothing at Rose Tasty will be of the quality they are picturing in their advertising! They take your money and mail you defective, cheaply made items then tell you if you return them you will pay more in shipping to have them returned because you have to ship it to China! They claim they do not have a return site here in the US! I think they say that to discourage you to return your items. They did off me a partial refund. Finally, after corresponding over almost 30 days with different people each time, they offered me a $3.00 compensation for a shirt I cannot wear because it is made completely crooked. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I have never experience such dis-service online in my life! I ordered a dress over 4 months ago and because I did not pay extra for a tracking number I was told there is nothing no one can do. Someone has the tracking number even if I didn't pay for it. The shipper should be able to track the package. So now 4 months later I have no dress and getting the run around about getting a refund. Money down the drain. Do not ever purchase anything from this site!

I brought 8 articles in the fist week of Dec 2015. I evenrually received the parcel on the 5 Feb 2016 after lots of emails. 4 of the 9 articles have arrived and all the more expensive items were excluded. Please be careful and do not recommend this site to anyone

I ordered a dress, it arrived after one month and looked terrible. Nothing at all like the picture on their website. Much shorter, in see-through cheap material, loose threads hanging everywhere, looked like something my 10-year-old kid could have made for fun.

I wish I would have read the bad reviews before I placed my order. They are all true. This is a horrible company to deal with. My first topped arrived 6 weeks late with 2 black ink stains on the front and 2 sizes to small. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Thank God I only spent $30.00. DO NOT do business with RoseWholesale. You will be sorry! I am reporting them to the California Better Business Bureau.

The order I received was short two items. They did refund me for those two items. The rest of the clothes were poor quality. Only one dress was ok and I ordered in a medium but not even my daughter who is a size 2 fit it. We just donated everything. And I learned the lesson not to purchase from this site. If they even raised their valve and made the right sizes with decent quality it may not be bad, but I would definitely stay away from here.

I ordered on item and it took about 2 months, and eventually they cancelled my order replied me "back-ordered" and "refund". The bad thing is that before this asked to wait for a few days.
How come they have no such item in stock they charge you before the item is available, shipped or delivered. It is a waste of time.

Don't know how they figure sizes in China but it's nothing like in the U.S. Ordered 2 XXL shirts and can't even get one arm in either of them more like a MEDIUM size!? Thankfully they were relatively cheap NOT worth the shipping to return them. BEWARE!

Don't get ripped off by ROSEWHOLESALE. Clothing on website looks fabulous until your long awaited arrives 5 months later. The quality is shockingly poor, typical from cheap labour massed produced in China. It would not even fit my 10year old daughter. I was too disgusted to even give it away to my domestic worker.

Horrible company. Ordered and Paid on 8/25. Won't answer emails. Finally got someone on the phone that doesn't speak English very well... Nor do they understand what you are saying. I have been asking for a refund for 3 days now and all the lady on the phone will say is... "I refund. I refund." STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your money.

Stay away, Stay away!
Horrible customer relationship, horrible - despicable material, cheap china produce, no way to get a refund - as you have to pay the shipping yourself to return an item!
Ah! Sorry... let's be fair... it was paid £17 (british pounds) for a piece that has cost $11 (american dollars). They offered 4 american dollars as 'token' (more likely a token for me, being an idiot!).

It is really what the one star says... it cannot get worse than this...

Tip for consumers:
the only tip I can add is... don't buy... the goods seem nice on the pictures of the page, but the material is horrible! Shame...

I ordered three items on August 21, it is now October 21, two months later and still have not received items. I sent them an email on September 19, they told me the order has been shipped. Im making another review because they tell me they have other shipping methods, yet they still have 3-7 days as their expedited methods before we make the purchase! Had I known that it was bs, I wouldnt even had make a purchase! And on top of that, if you return your items, you have to pay for the shipping even though theyre the ones who messed up! Its trickery! False Advertisement! I want to bring this business down. Im guessing Im going to have to do my research! Maybe even a petition. I want them investigated and people to see how they trick customers into buying their products. Good businesses take care of customers and thats how they prosper. Not trick people into buying generic products and pay more for shipping!

I absolutely HATE Rose Wholesale! Their processing time is 5-10 business days then your order should ship. I waited for a month and still nothing, so I decided to contact them. They told me sorry but that item has been discontinued.
I emailed them over and over going back and forth asking many questions such as I paid in time, so why didn't it ship a month ago when it said it was in Stock and why they never contacted me to tell me that it was out of stock or why they didn't ship my other item. They would not answer any of my questions they kept blowing them off. They were being so rude and absolutely ridiculous! Customer Satisfaction is suppose to be their top priority which I kept telling them and telling them I wasn't satisfied and they just ignored it. I couldn't believe how rude their customer service was! I will never shop their again.

I had ordered items that looked amazing online, when I had received them they are nothing like the picture and way to small. Even after ordering 1-2 sizes bigger than what I normally need. I had tried to call customer service with no luck and also have submitted a request for refund. They wanted pictures of why it needs to be returned, which to me is not right because it does not fit. Hope if you do order from here you get better luck then I did!

People stop ordering from this company that goes under a multitude of names (as if that isn't enough of a reason). I have called them out several times, the only people they really want to deal with are the people that somehow leave "good" reviews, I assume this is a scandal also. If you order them you can expect the cheapest made clothing, clothing that may fit an ethiopian child, labels missing and that's not to mention IF you get your items after waiting for months. I truly wish I would of found this site and I never would of spent over $100.00 on their crap, it ended up in the trash after being used for rags, I am dead serious. They don't want their junk back, who would. If you read these articles and still order from them then apparently you don't understand the seriousness of how bad this company truly is. They don't want to deal with me apparently, they first denied my order at all and after I posted their email acknowledging my order I haven't heard a word.

Yes, the styles and prices draw you in. But then when you get your items, they are a complete letdown and can most often not be worn. A refund is possible but not likely. I am ashamed to say that I tried ordering from them three times (yes, im a sucker), and most items had to go straight into the charity bag. The sizes are WAY off, and look like an amature took a shot at making an item they saw a picture of. It bums me out because I love the styles they offer... if only they were what you got when you ordered them.

I have been waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered it 3 weeks ago, the tracking number doesn't work when I enter it. I am going to contact pay pal since I paid through them. You cant contact company by phone it goes automatically to a message. Very upset and angry.

I placed an order with Rose Wholesale for over £400 worth of clothes for my boutique shop, what arrived was not what i had seen on their website. They looked like rags. They weren't stitched correctly, they were see through and the sizing was completely wrong.

They took ages to reply and PayPal somehow decided in their favour!

I hope no body uses this company, i am now out of pocket over £550 including the customs charges.
