hi i have worst experiance with this site. before 10 Days, i ordered a cake and bouquet and you guys changed my order..i ordered cake which was 700 rps and they delivered like 150 rps and cake was just opposite. after that they people told me that sorry at that time this cake is not available and we will send to you a complimentary product(chocolates) with in 3-5 days But till date (after 7 days) i did not get any complimentary product. Disappointed totally...

The cake was not same as shown picture in website, but I must say it was fresh & very tasty. Thanks a lot for sending card along with combo as mentioned in website and as per instructions that I had provided. It was too good service and would definitely shop again in future.
Even before placing the order I have enquired the customer support whether they will be able to deliver it and aftr getting confirmation only o have ordered. When call for tracking the order there was no response. Finally one lady pick up the call and told me that it will be delivered tomorrow only. Bdday is on today and what is the use of delivering tomorrow. Such a worst experience and you have destroyed my day and I need my money back..

We have ordered a cake based on the picture we have seen on the site for our daughter's birthday. The cake we have seen on the site and the one we have received were totally different in size (half spherical vs rectangle) and in design (not even remotely close). When called and asked the support, he said without any concern that based on the location it will differ. Then why do we see the picture and order? Don't order cakes in the site if we like and want a particular cake. You might not get what you ordered. Worst experience and bad customer service.

It was my first order with rosesandgifts.com and I am happy to say that it was a pretty good experience. Ordered gifts were delivered on time and quality was good. I would like to place order again with rosesandgifts.com.
I placed the order, But they failed to deliver on birthday of the recipient. I asked them if they can deliver it by 12; 00 hrs, support team started talking rudely and, bluntly said,
'if you want to cancel the order, cancel it and we will refund you.''
This behavior was not expected from them, they don't care about feelings.
Crap Service. Will call you back to pay extra.

I ordered a cake of 580 INR on 13. 05. 18 from their site https://www.rosesandgifts.com/. Order no is RAG/*******/*******. I paid the amount of 530 INR (after applying discount code QVWZE4C) using my net banking. It was supposed to be delivered today 14. 05. 18. When I called at the given phone no *******853 first time, a lady said that it will be delivered by 4 pm. After 4 pm when I was calling multiple times, no one answered. Then I contacted with chat support, she said at 7:30 pm that it's on the way. After one hour it's still not delivered and I again tried to contact with them by phone many times, still no answers. I again then contacted via live chat and now she said it was delivered. But it was not delivered to the recipient. Then I told her so over chat, I didn't get any reply after. I need full refund asap. All screenshots for chat conversations are attached.

For this, I am pleased however, I stand on what I've said in regards to the quality of the merchandise received which was horrific. I received what was supposed to be an long sleeve see through Ballgown. The photo was amazing and although the price was really inexpensive, I didn't give a thought to a scam as I order online often. This dress was supposed to be a second dress for my wedding reception. What I received was an unwearable costume handcrafted as if a child had made it. Who does this to people. I am deeply saddened by this tragedy and I cant reach anyone to come up with a solution/ Shameful but I intend to take this as far as I have to, to legally to obtain satisfaction
My 4 years old daughter was very exicted about her birthday but sorry to say, this firm Rosesandgifts cheated us and dissopointed my daughter by not delevering the birthday cake. The customer service did not bother to take up my concern and they were rude.
Tried calling - *******853 many times and she made sure to bluff me everytime.
Delivery window was between 9AM to 10AM for which they took 200 rupees extra. In total it was a order for 2048/-

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to blu uncle in Jagadhari. Very good delivery. Good bouquet. Overall professional experience.
Their chat service was very good.
They are here to loot people. They give tracking link which doesnt work. They give contact no which they dont pick. They give customer support email id on which the email bounces back because the domain doesnt exist!.
And ofcourse they dont deliver what they have been paid for.
I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. I so regret ordering from here.

I had ordered at 8am to deliver at 8pm, they delivered before 8pm... I am very happy with ontime service and the agent was also well behaved and roses were fresh and awsome... great work keep it up.
Warning: Don't order cakes from Rose and Gifts, an online service. Tomorrow is my mother's birthday so I ordered a cake on line on Aug 30 to be delivered today by (7:00 PM). We wanted to wish her at midnight. In spite of ordering the cake well in advance, the cake hadn't arrived even by 7.30 pm - and I had already paid. When I called them up to check, they first feigned ignorance, then said someone had gone to deliver but no one answered the door (this, despite the fact that my mom and the house help never go out). The icing on the cake (pun unintended) was that they had been asked to deliver tomorrow. They promised to call back after checking but that hasn't happened. When I called again, no one answered. SHOCKING! Please share this post so that people don't get duped like I was.

These guys are really good as they had taken care of my requirement and served one of the best quality cake and fresh flowers bouquet to my sister in Ambala. She told me cake was delicious. Everyone in her in laws house liked it. Best thing about this rosesandgifts was they had good payment gateway tie-up and quality was really great. Service was on time.
Had ordered a doremon toy on 1st April n today it's 11 and it has not yet been delivered n they promised to deliver in 2-5 business days. Worst online experience ever. Would never use this site.
