The site sent me two junk cuddly toys instead of my order. It's a scam run from China. The package is tracked as 'delivered' but doesn't contain a delivery note. When you contact the seller, they claim they don't sell that item (but the package has their tracking number, so it's definitely come from them. They then refer you back to paypal. Because the item is 'delivered', they find in the seller's favour. But you haven't received the item you ordered, or even something close to the value of what you ordered.
