After the initial reservations about whether this type of service was for me, I have been more than impressed with the efficient and complete service. Really easy to organize and both dresses I bought were really lovely, only one beats the other. The delivery service has been brilliant so far, I will be spreading my voice among my friends and singing praises of this page.

It is always tricky to purchase any cloth online but the quality was good. Unfortunately, some of them didn't fit. So I contacted the customer service through E-mail and they responded within a day. The response was pleasant and very easy to work with. They resolved the issue right away and I am pretty satisfied.

Shopping this store online is THE best online experience I've ever had - I order frequently from them because of it. The packages are absolutely adorable with handwritten notes and arrive quickly. The prices here are also rather reasonable. Their actual locations are quite cute but somehow feel like they're missing something. Maybe it's just I love getting packages in the mail!

I have been buying from them for many, many years~~ have received a few items broken in shipping... c / s were great in refunding my $$. A few items did not work out due to sizing, and a few items I didn't think were quality merchandise. Again c / s were very helpful and pleasant. Overall I get a lot of beautiful home decor, collectibles, and kids clothes, up to jackets for men. And kitchen. I recommend them for sure. Sometimes I feel s / h is a bit high tho.

I bought some shirts for my daughter on this website and she liked them a lot. We buy your usual size and they fit you perfectly. They adapt well to the body, they fit well so that they do not fall but not too tight. I do not know anything transparent. Nice design. Good quality fabric

I recently had an issue with a purchase that was my fault and customer service handled it quickly, no questions asked. This made me feel like a valued customer, so I will now favor the RealReal for pre-owned luxury shopping.

It took 4 days, 4 emails and two chats to get one dress returned. All because they would not read what was written on submission form, emails and chats.
Not sure whether it was intentional or sheer incompetence. Either way, not professional or good for business. Certainly wont buy here again.

I got most of my clothes after 7 weeks but one pair of trousers went missing, after emailing them they got back to me and told me they were send in a different parcel. I waited another 7 weeks and finally they arrived. After a few hours wearing them they fell apart at the inside seem. I am disappointed, they were a lovely fit but the way they are stitched is not good at all.

Love that I can shop and buy things that I won't see on anyone else. Good quality, great pricing. An added bonus that after initial purchase shipping is included.

It was a bit late as they responded like 10 business days after purchase, but I received my dress within 20 days after they advised of dispatch. Everything is as expected in terms of size and materials. I am glad that everything worked out for me despite the lateness.

I was very excited to receive my order, and really liked all my choices. One blouse I ordered the wrong size and have tried to return it with no luck. I received a response authorizing the return, but no return address. I sent two follow up emails asking for address and never received a response. So because of that, I regretfully won't be ordering from Roselinin again.
