I have been shopping online here for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. Approved for excellent customer service as well. Much easier online shopping. The delivery process was a bit slow, but the shoes were worth it.
WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!
Great website presence for Roselinlin. But Items are not as shown, poor quality fabric. Like disposable clothes. This company is China based evidently a subsidiary of SRFashion. See their Facebook reviews... for yourself.
I ordered 10 items but received 7. I contacted Roselinlin customer service, multiple times. They promised a refund but wanted me to drop the claim first PayPal was not much help either. I have put in a claim with VISA. The refund promised was short of the correct amount but I have yet to receive it, a month later. Clothes may look great on the site but in good conscience I cannot recommend Roselinlin to others.
Tip for consumers:
Do not depend on shipping from China.
Customer service is online and are not reliable.
Fabrics are thin.
All linen type fabrics will require ironing and possibly starching for wear after laundering.

I was shopping for linen and cotton clothing. Every piece of clothing I ordered was "supposed" to be of those materials. Only (1) item was cotton, others were a blend or there was no tag at all. Pants were not sewn as shown on the website. The clothing is cheaply made. They entice you by offering additional discounts or free shipping with increased spending. I decided to return my entire order. They offered me a 30% discount to keep it. I declined and returned the complete order by Canada Post. I emailed them copies of the receipt and waybill as requested. I followed up a couple of times but they claimed it had not been received. In December the package was returned to me. It had reached its destination according to the labels, but was undeliverable. When I showed them proof and asked how I was to return something to an undeliverable address I was offered the 30% discount again to keep the clothing. They claimed they had not received or refused it. So now I have lost 31.00 in shipping, get to donate cheap clothing and am waiting for the refund. Their communication is fine HOWEVER I believe buyer beware. If you are not expecting too much then you will be satisfied. I do not believe you can return the items for a full refund. They make it impossible from my experience. I would not recommend or will I ever purchase from them again.

buyer beware...cheaply made, returns not affordable so be sure before you order. Sizing was OK.

I don't normally write reviews such as this, and I actually read reviews at the time I placed the order. This falls under live and learn, or, let the buyer beware. Any of those sayings will do. I placed an order for 2 tops and 3 pairs of earrings. Each item has been sent separately (?) and I have one item left to arrive. The jewelry is "so so" and do I think it's really. 925 silver, as it says? Hard to say... One of tops arrived today. Extremely thin fabric and I can already tell it is not your usual size XL. Possibly a L. Maybe. Already know it won't fit by looking at it, but after all I've read on these sites, I will NOT bother to even attempt to return it. Guessing the other top will be the same situation. Oh, and the only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is that it came sooner than many people mentioned -- although I paid extra for "faster" shipping. I think it took about 1 1/2 mos. Will not be ordering from this site again unless maybe if they offer plus size clothing, because then I could order 2 sizes above my normal size and then I could "hope" it would fit whenever it arrives. Should have listened to other reviews before ordering. Many of us often feel our situation will be different, right?

Great website, wide selection of stylish and hard-to-find clothing at affordable prices. Recently, they also started selling petite women's shoes and heels.
Ordered 3 tops and one pair of pants, all were of poor quality material. Return policy is a joke. You have to pay the cost of returning these items to Hong Kong, China with no guarantee you will get your money back. So if you buy it and don't like it you are stuck with it. Will not order from these people and will let others know.

Don't order from these people. Nothing but a sham.

I ordered a couple of pairs of pants, a dress, two t-shirts and some jewelry. The jewelry is cheaply made and does not look as good as it does online. The pairs of pants I ordered are tiny! The photo shows a sweeping legged pair of pants that are roomy. My pants did not even fit my daughter that way, and she is 6" shorter than me. Horrible misrepresentation of the pants. On a side note, many of the clothing items also had a gasoline smell to them that was so strong, I had to put my items to return in a ziploc and seal them up! I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered here online a last minute gift for my mother, a beautiful long dress, arrived on time, excellent quality, 100% reliable.
Waited over a month for the items, when I received them I no longer needed them for a trip I was planning. I have requested to return them and received an offer for 15% discount. I do not want the items, they sent a return label in which I would have to pay for to return, I went to the post office and it is $30.00 to return. I am waiting for them to respond to my email to pick up the cost of the return. By the looks of the reviews it isn't going to happen!

I have yet to receive anything from this company, have been waiting over 2 months, and I know Covid is somewhat responsible.
However, I did get an email response about an order. I ordered a medium dress but received confirmation that is was a 'medium plus size.' When I asked if I could return it since I am not a plus size person, the response was "It is M size. Plus size is just the title."
If I do ever receive it, as two shirts I ordered have never shown up, it will be interesting to see the size of the dress.

I did receive the merchandise. It took a month and I did receive an email after I contacted customer service.
I ordered a shirt and a pillow. The shirt was OK a bit small. The pillow came as a flat, folded pillow case. Nowhere in the description or pictures does it look like a pillow case. So my advise is to check closely the description.

The website states, changes have to be made before items ship, well if customer service won't respond, the order can't be changed. Not happy with the customer service so far.

I ordered what I though was correct size based on the size chart provided and I was just looking to exchange the items for a different size but since I was a few days past the 15 day return limit they would not accommodate the exchange. It took 17 days for the order to be delivered but I was only give 15 days for the return. This return policy is very stringent 15 days is insufficient. This policy is in very small print on the receipt that I received but you have to dig through the website to find the policy. This is very disappointing, I will never shop this site again.

Incredible service for the sale of new clothes on the internet, great quality. I bought 4 shirts to start! I have no regrets, great shopping experience.
Ordered a dress on May 8th, 2020. By May 27th it still wasn't delivered. Contact with their customer service on line kept referring me to the tracking number which never said anything other than "in transit". Made it from China to San Francisco but seems to never have left there. Customer service so unhelpful and now they have my credit card information.

I liked the images and inexpensive options on the site. 8 weeks later still missing two items ordered. REQUESTED REFUND AND ADVISED IT WOULD BE UP TO A MONTH FOR REFUND TO OCCUR. THINK THEY BANK ON CLIENTS FORGETTING WHAT THEY ORDERED, OR FORGETTING REFUND REQUEST. Not operating in good faith. Items received subpar. Won't ever order again.
