I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.
The wigs I've gotten are very well made. They're synthetic but look close enough to real hair that people don't realize it's not my own hair. I also got a well-made wig cap with one of them, which was a pleasant surprise as I was just expecting the package to contain the wig. They're easy to style and easy to put on. Very pleased with them, and will definitely be ordering more.

Rosegal is one of my favourite on line fashion stores when it comes to shopping for cool & trendy clothing items at very affordable prices.
They also sell beauty items & hair accessories, and even everything for your home.
Men can also shop there, as the selection of menswear is pretty vast! Overall experience is very positive, great customer service and affordable deals!
I buy a lot of my clothes off ROSEGAL and really enjoy their products. I have even had to a do return due to sizing that I did wrong and everything has been taken care in an easy manner. I really like the funky clothes I've bought. I've bought pants and shirts and several (too many - lol) cute dresses. It is hard to quit buying with their great prices.
I like all of the products in that order. I bought earrings, a blouse and a skirt. They are beautiful. It does not have long to get them.
I recently bought some clothing items for my wife for Christmas from Rosegal and 4 of the 5 items were great and fit her perfectly. One dress, however, only came in one size and it was too small for her. I contacted Rosegal about a return/exchange. They offered to fully refund the price of the dress and asked me to donate it to a charity rather than return it. I accepted. Can you beat that? Great service, easy to work with and a company I will shop with for along time to come.

I can recommend this store. I have placed 5 orders with RoseGal (there were several items in each parcel). Some items arrive separately but at the right time. The products are of good quality. I really like the "Home & Garden" section. I also bought a vintage cardigan there, it is amazing, very warm, made of good material. Customer service responds very quickly to questions. I honestly love Rosegal, the outfits are amazing, the prices are great.
I have never received a wrong item and if I wasn't happy with an item or it was the wrong size they are always able to help me out and fix the issue quickly.

Rosegal has a wide variety of clothing. Their clothing quality and size option are great. Very stylish clothing for everyone. I did have an issue with my first order but it was solved very promptly. Rosegal's customer service is absolutely amazing.
There are some amazing clothing items on this site and they come at insanely good prices. I recently bought a sweater for only $11 and it came quickly and exactly as I expected. The clothing fits true to size and I've never had to return anything that I ordered from Rosegal before. I also always have a hard time finding bathing suits, but I've been able to find cheap suits for good quality that actually fit me on Rosegal, which I love.
On August 30, I ordered 2 shirts and a dress and they arrived very quickly and looked even more amazing in person. The fit was perfect. Forget Walmart and all the others, Rosegal is my clothing store.
The clothes in this site are quite different than the rest of clothing shops (which usually take the same fabric and make a bag of potatoes with it, with no shape at all).
During a period I needed bigger sizes and I could wear them knowing that at last something bothers to design clothes for us.
The quality is good. It is not the finest, but for the prices it is more than adequate.
I bought here my dresses for the different Christmas parties and everyone was asking me for their designer!
And if the size is not right for you, the customer service is fast and really kind.
I love Rosegal so much! Some items can take a while to arrive, but it is well worth the wait. The clothes are always beautiful, and fit really well. This order was no exception. I have received so many compliments!

As a plus size woman its hard to find cute, trendy clothes. Rosegal has lots of cute styles for me to choose from. Its very affordable and kind of like the clothes you may find at a Ross or Burlington. Just be sure to verify the measurements in the descriptions. My items arrived very quickly. I have seen other reviews about people complain about the time it took to get their items but I didn't have this issue. Overall, great experience.
I am truly impressed with the quality of their products. I've made a few purchases from them now and every time I receive the packages they are in mint condition. I've never had any issues with anything other than buying items too large (my own fault. I like baggy clothes). They seem to have sales often which allows you to purchase the items you want for an affordable price. In addition to this, you can use the discount codes on their app to give yourself an additional discount. The app is definitely worth looking into if you like their clothes because they have some styles that are only available online. Over all, they have fast shipping for their high quality clothing that seems to last. Every time I wear one of their items, I always get complimented on it making their clothing conversation pieces for sure. I had purchased dresses for my daughter and I for both Christmas 2019 and dresses for a wedding we were preparing for. The dresses are absolutely stunning and extremely comfortable to wear.

Be prepared for lots of selection to choose from. The styles are incredible which makes it difficult to pick one or two items.

So far I have been afraid to shop on such sites.
But I bought a jacket that surpassed any expectations. She's beautiful and she's great. I was very careful about the measures, but I had emotions. Everything is lower here than in Europe.
Then I took the jewels I still wear. The chosen bracelet is beautiful even if it is not very expensive. Now I'm happy with everything I've got.
The product I bought came fast. Around two or three weeks (no registered mail, so fast enough). The package was very good and the product came in excellent conditions. Rosegal support answers in less than 48 hours so they have good time response for their clients. I recommend this site. Reliability and good support. I've done a lot of orders from them yet. Very happy!
After purchasing from other overseas sites, I was nervous about this one, but on my very first order, I was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived within 10 days (I was used to 30 or more), and the quality of the clothing was so much better than what I had expected. Most are poly or poly/cotton blend, but they are the thicker fabric, not the cheap slick fabric. They even list plus sizing, which is great for a girl like me, and as long as you check the measurements for each size, they will fit (measurements displayed when you click on that size). I have ordered a few items that just didn't work for me (most of it from the regular sizing and not plus sizing, so I learned I can't order from regular sizing based on my size--I'm an average 14 or 16 in women's U.S. sizing), but 95% of what I have ordered I am completely satisfied with. And this is one of the best places to order dresses from, since the plus size clothing is very generous to us larger ladies, and also a great place to find suitable swimwear. I also ordered some very nice corsets at a great price!

Make sure to check the measurements for each size (they show up when you click on a specific size) and you will never have an issue getting items that fit.
