I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.

Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

Any of the 5 star reviews you see I would be suspect of. I bought a couple items from this website for my wife for Christmas. The pants I bought ripped a little when she put them on-a bad sign, to be sure. But they were cheap and would work for lounging around the house. But when put through the washer and dryer, the pants fell apart. I mean that literally, there were shreds of cloth throughout all my clothing, and the dye from the pants actually stained other articles. Mind you, this was a darks cycle, cold water. The pants were complete trash and stained other articles, which means they cost me way more than the headache of cleaning shreds of cloth out of all the other laundry. Avoid this site like the plague.
*Rosegal costumer support connected me very promptly and refunded my order. Additionally, they didn't request the items be returned but rather donated. I can appreciate their effort and am changing my review to reflect this. I still can't say I would recommend a purchase from this company, but Rosegal themselves may not be too blame, as they don't directly control their suppliers (but could possibly choose better ones).

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site.

I ordered 4 shirts 2 in 2x size and 2 in 3x size. Yes it took a over a month for the order to get to me. Cloths are in good quality. My review is more toward the sizing chart and sleeves. First two pictures are the 2 x. Based on the size chart for my hips and waist I am to be a 3x. The second picture with the flower print the chest is to big but I can sew that a bit tighter so it does not show bra. The 2x body fits perfect but the sleeves are tight. The 3x body is way to large but the sleeves are perfect. I can not win.

Quality of clothing is decent and looks just like they show it. Sizing isn't totally accurate though. Shipping took quite a while also.

Update on my previous review:
After I posted it, they contacted me to make things right, since the item I ordered was of much worse quality and looked different that one I ordered.

They made a refund of 77% of the price I paid and gave me a coupon in their shop.

I feel better about the order now, but I still remember that I had to fight for this and that I waited more than 30 days for the faulty order.

At least they tried to help, too bad that it happend after I posted review, and not when I actually asked for help. I hope they will do better customer service in the future and that my next order will go smoothly and without sad situations.

Selling items that they do not own, later send different product than one on pictures.

First to sum up:
-Waited for the item to be sent 25 days longer than I was told.
-They sold me an item and later told me that they do not have it in their stock after all.
-Guess they restocked cheaper versions, since I got totally different item than advertised and shown on pictures.

Pathetic, I tried talking to them, they did not help at all. Also I paid nearly 30$ for the item, while their representative told me (guess by accident) that it is weird since she can see that it is worth 13$ (maybe that was that cheaper version). Scam, wish I could get refund or something.

Totally not professional and the support team does not read, they just copy and paste prepared formulas.

I wrote a review earlier, bc my package never arrived and they didn't write me back on e-mail or facebook, but after they've seen my comment on this site, they contacted me immediately and I got my money back soon. They were very kind and I'm happy they've noticed my opinion. I can't recommend the rosegal website anyway, bc I don't know the quality of their stuff, but they were absolutely kind and tried to fix the situation soon.

I posted a review of Rosegal about sizing being way off. And it is. However, Rosegal refunded my purchase price and I feel that was an adequate solution. I do have to say, though, that their sizing is not correct. Be very careful when ordering something. At the end of the day, it is now September. I have my money back but I do not have bathing suits that fit and it is unlikely I will find one this late in the season.

I am always looking for fashionable clothes that actually fit and Rosegal fits the bill. The clothes fit well and look good on me. I have received many compliments since I started buying my clothes from Rosegal. My only issue is that of the 3 orders I have placed, I have not received my complete order yet. Items that were listed as available on their website were "out of stock", so I have only received partial shipments. The first order I placed had 2 items missing from the shipment. They were quick to offer me alternatives, but I did not like the choices they selected so I exercised the option to open a chat window and make new selections. Customer service was so nice and helped me with the new selections, but I have yet to receive those 2 items, it has been more than 2 weeks, and there is no record of the transaction on my Rosegal site. There was a $3.46 difference in price, and I paid that and have my PayPal receipt, but there is no way for me to track those 2 items. They could greatly improve their ratings if the items they show on the site were actually available. I still LOVE the clothing, but I hate the waiting for my order to be fully shipped and the slow shipping times.

I ordered a dress, the shipping time about a month but then again it's coming to US from Hong Kong so I get it and no complaints... However my dress was too small, shoulda ordered 2 sizes up, one of the shoulder straps was damaged also didn't droop over shoulders like picture. The bust was not like the picture on website, similar but different. Waiting on my other dress to show. So we'll see how that one looks..

I ordered Christmas items in the middle of November. Half my order was shipping from a city in California only about 30 minutes away from my house. It took over two weeks for that package to get to me, I was watching the tracking site and it was just sitting at the delivery place for two weeks. The other half of my order was coming from some other country and didnt come until end of January. The items I got were low quality, one of them was a Christmas printed pillow case and the design was stretched so it was a little distorted, it looked like the design in windows Paint program. Horrible, complete waste of money, I will never order from them again.

Edit: customer service found my review and refunded my order so I am somewhat satisfied now but I still wont be ordering from them again, quality of items is too poor.

I ordered 3 swimsuits size 3XL=size 16 according to their size chart. I wasn't able to get them over my hips. Later I discovered they were made in China, which explained why they were more like size 12. I tried filling out the return form online to get a refund, and got a msg saying that the co had tried to redirect my email to many times, so try removing the cookies, What? I tried calling the *******188 for customer service and the call wouldn't connect it kept dropping off. So I gave up and gave the swimsuits to my niece who wears a size 12, perfect fit for her. I should have read the reviews, almost 4,000 people gave them 1 star I can see why now. NO I will not order from this company again!

I saw their add on Facebook and got hooked on one of their upper special offers. I was just looking for something totally white to wear for a party and ordered a cheap dress. Now I wear it only at home cause the quality is not great at all. After the first wash it just got stuck with a bunch of stuff and even worse. Perhaps if you buy something more expensive with them, it will be better.

I buy from this site often and after a few years have noticed some discrepancies. First - Rosegal asks you to review their products on their site - but only favorable reviews are posted. Second - you can earn " r points" towards your next purchase but after saving a couple hundred r points it ends up being barely a 2$ discount - which is my third point - no matter what discounts or coupons you receive Rosegal doesnt lose any money as they will hike prices on everything else you buy to recoup their losses. My last purchase they even went so far as changing the currency so it would appear cheaper. Imagine my surprise when I saw a dress advertised for 32$ only to find out after buying that it was not in cad and instead was usd - the dress with shipping and taxes that I thought was 32$ ended up being closer to 50$ (the dress was stunning and well made). Rosegal does have some decent clothes - and they sell a lot in the size Im looking for - but quality and fabrics are not consistent. Embroidery comes off after a wash or two, seams rip apart after a couple wears - the last shirt I ordered was beautiful but a mess of loose threads. I spent 10 minutes cutting threads so i could have a nice shirt. Don't get me wrong - I do love a lot of their clothes -and it is hard to find the right sizes in my area - its just gotten worse over the last few purchases. It went from affordable to ridiculous in no time fast. I can understand price hikes if the quality is improved - but it isn't - and a discount should be a discount - not pay this price now and we will increase the cost of everything else you buy.

Tip for consumers:
sizing is difficult - it helps to shop by fabric as some fabrics are more forgiving than others

HI All, I wanted to post an update on my complaint, concerns, with Rosegal.com. My complaint was reviewed by them and they sent me a refund. Although, not the total amount, minus about $4, but it was still appreciated. I suspect the missing $ was related to packaging and mailing... not sure, but am pleased that the refund occurred, which restores my faith in them as a company. Regards, Sue

Received the royal blue leggings and waiting for the black ones.
Not what I expected. On your picture it looks like the decal is in the material.
Only to find out it is a decal sown onto the outer legs.

I am returning for a refund.

Should I wait for a return ticket or Return to Sender?

This is a scam. Credit card processed in the UK. Contact phone in Syracuse NY. Saying the goods are shipped from China, with Swiss Post. None of this makes sense and although I keep getting emails that someone will let me know what is happening, they don't.

I ordered 2 tops from them. One was delivered right away and the other one got lost in shipment. They used a new shipping company and there wasn't a tracking number. They said they have since stopped using that company. RoseGal refunded my money once I posted a review on Sitejabber. They saw the review and contacted me immediately. I will give them a second chance in the future.

Tip for consumers:
After posting my review on Sitejabber, I received a response from RoseGal immediately. They gave me a credit for the amount of the top I didn't receive. There is a glick in their shipping process and they claim it is fixed. I was very pleased with the quick response although I would've rather received the top. Their styles are very different than the cookie-cutter styles you see in our department stores. I will give them more time to work on their shipping problems before I order again.

After numerous messaging and a poor review I made on their site the company did return a full refund for the defective swimsuit. They also offered me a store credit along with my refund, but I was not interested in any extra, I just wanted to feel like I was not ripped off. With this being said, I feel the products are still a hit and a miss; but, with some persistence on your end the company will make it right. I still do not plan on purchasing anything else off of their site and I will definitely scroll down other online sites looking for multiple reviews before ordering. Thank you Rose gal for this experience and Thank you for making it right.

I've ordered from this site before and you RESLLY have to pay attention to the sizes! Sometimes it doesn't turn out so well. Other things, like jewelry and such are great deals.

I ordered 3 tapestries from here and after waiting awhile they showed. I was happy with two but one was cut askew. Over all... Decent for the price. It does take quite awhile to receive so be prepared.

Like I said... its hit or miss, and since coming from china, expect a long time for shipment. Since items are so cheap... I tend to buy 5-6 swimsuits between March and May. We get between 2 and 4 swimsuits that fit good and get TONS of compliments on. The rest is sad because they are super cute, but just don't fit. I keep them in hopes i could find someone more petite who would appreciate them They could reduce this problem by including a torso measurement in the size chart.
