I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.
I placed my order with Rosegal on March 15,2020 and have still NOT received my merchandise! They were prompt in charging my account! When I check the tracking of my merchandise, the delivery date just keeps getting later and later! I am beyond frustrated at this point. Would not recommend ordering from Rosegal unless you have months to wait on your order! It took 9 days for my order to even ship out!
I ordered 2 pair of pants and 1 top. The pants came promptly I was very satisfied with them. The top I am still waiting for almost 2 months later. I have sent several messages one of with they advised me it had already been delivered to someone perhaps I should contact the post office and see who they delivered it to! Really! I have asked for my money back on this one item. No avail. I have not contacted Paypal and I get no results with a timely fashion I will be putting a paypal claim in.

Ordered items over a month ago. Ordered on 2/8/2020. I still have not received them. I have contacted them; they say it is in the process and I should receive items soon. One or two items were on back order by 5-7 days. However, in their shipping link it says it has never left the warehouse on 3/2/2020 according to the email link. So they give me another link which isn't FedEx (the link sent in the email) which says it has left. I have no idea if the items will even be right. I know I won't even bother returning to them or anything as this order took forever. The chat personnel are very nice and only as helpful as they can be I guess. We will see if I get my items soon.
Tip for consumers:
Don't be in a rush for any items any time soon. Don't trust the shipping link for FedEx they send you in the email as this won't show your package ever leaving the warehouse.

Ordered 4 tops Sept 6 still waiting on one to arrive. I find them of poor quality, threads hanging from them, the material so thin it's see through. I also only used my visa debit on this site and it was compromised, someone tried to book two trips from Hong Kong, fortunately my bank flagged it and didn't let the purchase go through

About my post last month, the RoseGal company write me back. I thanked them for the given explanation but let myself clear: "Although you promised on good customer services and did answer my response, I found the response delayed. Also, and I think you would agreed with me on this, first time customers that do take the time to make a significant purchase (around 7 dresses), should not carry the fault of ordering "too many hot-sales". On the contrary, such orders should be quickly processed for us to return online happily in no time.
THEY ANNOUNCE FOR THE SHIPMENT TO BE BEWEEN 7-8 DAYS AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU ON DETAILS. AFTER 2 WEEKS I JUST RECEIVED A "WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY" EMAIL. I WAS SO PISSED, SINCE I WAS SO EXCITED WITH MY ORDER. TO THINK THAT SUCH MONEY ON HOLD ON MY CREDIT CARD DID NOT ALLOW ME TO BUY OTHR CHRISTMAS GIFTS :(
I ordered 5 tops, all came and all were much too small despite ordering larger size than I usually wear. Would cost me more to send them all back so opted for the partial store credit. Ordered some home products as to not have to deal with sizing. The one main item I really wanted didn't come. It says all over the site "Free worldwide shipping. Was charged shipping with both orders and as live in Canada had to pay duty, which was more than entire order. Will definitely not order again. Save your hard earned money.

I received the Christmas curtains. They came with curtain hooks and shower curtain hooks. They didn't pack enough metal hooks or plastic hook rings. Not enough to hang the curtains. I had to cut both ends of casing at top to slide the curtain Rod through. It looks ok. But not worth what I paid. A bit disappointed. Seems more like a shower curtain. Not what I ordered.

This is an update to my review; Rosegal finally refunded my money after I contacted them 6 times over the course of 9 days. I had to pay the return shipping myself, unlike most online retailers. They originally told me they wouldn't give me a refund, so be persistent...
Here's my original review:
Scam, don't buy! No refunds, nothing fits, material is gross! Clothes look much cheaper and trashier in person, and they are way oversized! I ordered my size and some items even smaller, but everything was huge! They will usually either refund 20% or exchange with you paying the shipping, they will not refund the actual amount you spend! After I went to a great deal of trouble they offered a 40% refund still a fast cry from what every other online retailer does automatically! Save yourself the time and trouble, shop anywhere else!
I ORDERED A DRESS AND 6 DAYS LATER I FIND OUT THAT THE ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK. BUT ONLINE IT SAID MY ORDER WAS PROCESSING. I DID NOT GET ANY NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE! I ordered from RoseGal for the first time, early in December. Half of my order arrived, and it was satisfactory. However, the other half of my order has never arrived, and tracking it tells me nothing. Today, I tried again to contact them by email and I could not log in, it said it had redirected me too many times! Really?! It was my first attempt! I tried to call the toll free number and nothing, no sound, dead phone! Please just refund my money, and I"ll never bother to order from you again!

Ordered swimwear a week ago, was informed it was shipped out to Yodel (there courier service) and contacted Yodel who now don't have the package and never had the package. I thought it was strange when I didn't get a delivery time or even estimate like I would normally get with any other company...
Disappointed as I'm going away in three days hence I needed the bikini. So now having to shop around. So disappointed. Customer services was beyond a joke. Both online chats just not available or just no response from either YODEL or Rosegal.

While there was no problem with the quality the time of delivery (nearly a month) and the size were disappointing. Ordered 3X in men's size and it barely fits my 17 year old son. If ordering, be careful of the sizing chart and expect delivery of at least three weeks. Customer service was of no help whatsoever.

Their leggings look nothing like the photos on their website. The fabric material and print quality is cheap, cheap, cheap! They say that they have warehouses worldwide but they actually ship from Shenzhen, China. The only positive surprise was that my order took a little over a week to arrive. You are better off buying cotton leggings from your local shopping mall.

Don't buy from China. Buy from North American companies that you can trust.

I ordered a dress to be worn for Mother's Day, on April 30th and paid for expedited shipping to be received with 8 days.
It is now May 9th and no dress. When I got onto my account, it still said pending! It hasn't even shipped yet! I have put in a "ticket" for a response from them after calling their listed phone number within the specified times to call with NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE, not even a machine. We'll see if they answer their complaint "ticket" and if they can get the item here within the next 72 hours.

I ordered several items on this one order. They all came separate times, some took 6 weeks or longer, so did not arrive in time for Christmas. Some I paid $37.00 for duty which I had not expected to pay. Paid this twice for products not worth the duty. The rugs O rdered are very cheaply made ordered 4 of these. Some items never came. The sizing is way off. I order a XXl for a gift and it barely fit me, I wear a large. Too expensive to ship the items back. Their on line respnse is pretty efficient. Will see how long it takes to get my refund for items not shipped.

Placed and order on 12-4 with expedited shipping. It is now 12-14 and when I track the shipment it just show labels were made on 12-14 but DHL has not received the products. Reached out to Customer Service and got an answer that my order has shipped. I replied asking for them to track it no response. Im giving them 2 stars because i have bought some cloths that i absolutely love but trying to return an item is confusing and seems hopeless. So i guess im stuck with what I thought was a beautiful jumper dress turned out to be cheap hot polyester. To boot it doesnt fit and it cost 30 dollars. This may have ruined me from rosgal.

Their clothes are cute and inexpensive, that's what the extra star is for. But I will not do business with this company again. Their service is WORSE than one star. Following an appalling "customer service" (term used VERY loosely) exchange via messenger, I emailed the company and asked to be removed from their mailing list. I received confirmation that my email had been received - and then I continued to receive their promotional emails. Sorry but cute clothes are not enough to sell me on a company. There has to be SOME modicum of actual customer service. There are too many other budget-friendly alternatives available online. I have already found greener pastures. Rosegal can send me marketing emails until the cows come home; I will NEVER shop with them again.

The product is not what it looks like in pics in fact I would dare say they steal pics online to put up but the clothes look NOTHING like the pics. Also its interesting to see Charlize Theron's pic on the page for wigs! What a load of sh**. Stuff is cheap here and expect the quality to match! Sizes are not compatible with North American standards. Plus the clothes are shipped from China expect it to take 2 months! Ridiculous!

I bought from Rosegal and paid for expedite shipping knowing that it would be 3-8 days. Which is perfect because it would come in before December 15th when I leave for Florida. When I checked my tracking off my phone and on the computer it said 8-12 days which is definitely not expedite shipping. So I send them a message and they confirmed it would be 8-12 days. They said the package would arrive between December 11th-17th which according to them is expedite shipping. So they lied on the website. Also with those dates it's over 8-12 days with the latest day being 17. I paid for 3-8 day shipping not 8-12 or 8-17 days. It's a rip off and as of now my package hasn't moved since the 7th and now I'm pretty sure none of my stuff will be here on time.

Paid extra for quick shipping. Expected a week before Christmas, but didn't get it until almost New Years. The package was slightly tore up but the clothes were fine. The sizes were too small even though I ordered a larger size due to the sizing chart. I will make them work because I don't want to deal with trying to return. In all, I love the clothes and the prices!

I ordered several clothing items from rosegal I received half of the items after waiting over a month. They offered to put the refund money's in something called my wallet. I tried to order something to use the remaining money, however they don't tell you that there is no way to get to the wallet. I'm very disappointed
