I contacted the company immediately on arrival of the dresses and they said I could return them and I paid to do that but 7 months later with multiple e-mails I still have not been refunded.

The dress looked beautiful on the website. What arrived only somewhat resembled the fabric shown in the photos. The dress was cheaply made, with poor quality seams. The design of the dress was the have a single underarm side zipper on a long sleeved high neck dress. This wasn't shown on the website. There wasn't enough of an opening to pull the dress over my shoulders. When I emailed to ask for a return address, they told me to donate the dress away and they'd send another size. I no longer wanted the dress based on the quality, construction and design. Over the course of 4 emails, they refused to send me an address, return label, or refund my money. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you understand that you are getting a final sale and no ability to return or obtain a refund.

And while they say you can return but you have to contact them first! It's lie. They don't answer your email request to return. I should have known any package coming from China that required my signature to get was a disaster.
