Be very careful if you have an existing account and palce an order. I had asked specific questions about clearance pieces, the response was no. So after I got home i decided to check and there is a rooms to go outlet, so I sent a written cancellation to customer service sent 2 emails. The first was received by the store, the second the store states they do not receive. What would you think if you got this ?

Delivered 10/12 not accepted by me & on 10/13 customer service responded for me to contact the store directly. Now I have paid 200.00 for down & delivery that I cancelled.. Store states no Returns now !! deceptive practices
