I need a short-term furnished rental at a reasonable price in ahigh-rent area, San Diego. I found several suitable options.
The one thing I will say is make sure to confirm with someone that your subscription has been canceled. Despite what they say - deactivating or suspending your account does not stop them from charging you. They also say you can cancel just by clicking cancel but no such button exist. I do not recommend.
Need a roomate
Not enough information on people looking to rent. Roommates.com is better at this as it asks specific questions that helps match up to more compatible roommates.
Someone recommended trying it.
With the megaphone feature it is difficult to see if the person is interested in my area.
Possible canidate for renting out my room.
I'm hoping not to find any scams like on most social media.
$12 for a week. Way too expensive. Seriously. Be reasonable.
Every time I get on I have to recompile the same info. Annoying
Need a “room”
I do not like having an option when it comes to certain features in this program such as viewing messages.
We should be able to see and respond to messages even in free account. You should earn your revenue through ads and such but allow ppl to communicate freely on your platform. Even with a paid subscription we get many scams and con attempts, and many are just fakes and flakes

Lowest available
We should be able to see and respond to messages even in free account

So so, I'm finding that the people I do get in touch with or the very few inform me their room was rented at least two months or more ago and the add is still on the website receiving hits. Not actually being kept up to date if you ask me
I’m in tremendous need of a room but I do have done specifics I need fulfilled. And just as I should be a good fit for the one renting the one renting must fit for me as well to a certain degree. Nobody just wants to live anywhere? I’m in need but not desperate need. I’m also a patient man to a extent
Needing a safe place to stay ASAP
So far so it's alright. The listing from f. B. Market place the guy with the room for rent sent me this link to do a virtual tour, I have not found that option as of yet
I was sent a link
The price to use this is a bit ridiculous, but whatever, makes sense since people aren't typically going to continue using this upon finding a place to stay or someone to rent/purchase. As for being able to find listings that match what I'm looking for, I'm grateful I've found two, the experience in finding it was pleasantly easy. However,
I hope the people I contact on here are able to return my messages, otherwise this app is completely and utterly useless.
Saw a couple listings within my price limit and wanted to inquire with the people who have the listings available.
Not great, but the platform is very promising and very easy to use. It is not appropriate for us to use the platform as a personal account, since it is a business I hope this can be improved in the future.
Looking for additional exposure platforms for our properties.
