What I love about ROMWE is that the brand offers various highstreet fashion styles and are very affordable to young people like me. What makes me even love ROMWE is that they offer FREE Shipping. There is not really much to say that differs from any other review; i ordered £90 worth of items on august 19th and didn't receive them until the 8th September meaning shipping took ages and when i got my items i opened them to find all of the clothes were too small, thin and of bad material apart from two of the jumpers which had a nice silky material and a coat which was nice but still too small. The trousers were an absolutely horrible scratchy kind of material which contrasts with the smooth legging-like material shown on the website photo and it was still too small as you are only able to pick one size? Which is not specified on the website. The other half i bought was jewelry which was very cheap, poor material and once again looks very different to the material on the website: on the website it looks like proper black necklace string however the actual product was cheap black cord with huge unappealing knots for ties. Also the "%60 off on your first order" or whatever code they give you to get a discount does not work and i was still charged the full price (other than the offers that were already on the product) will be returning what i can and not ordering from this site again. The saying is true-you get what you pay for so do not be enticed by their cheap prices.
I order one item from this site and while I was ordering I entered a coupon code for 50% off it sayed coupon was successful and said -50% so ordered the item. After that I checked my bank account and it said it took out the original price! It did not take off the 50%! I even looked at my orders and said

I like there prices to fashion clothes. Look at details closely and you will not be disappointed & also look at material, it should be cotton^ than you will be glad by you order.

I placed an order for two swimsuits on 3/28/17. A week later I received an email saying that my order would be delayed 3-5 days and they would follow up with my order in 5 days. It has now been 8 days and I have not received an email. I logged into Romwe and looked at my order status and IT IS STILL PROCESSING. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE? It's been over 2 weeks now. There is no legitimate reason why it is still processing after 2 weeks. I'm beyond frustrated. I submitted a "ticket" and am now waiting for a response. Order RWHHK*******

I asked my operator Caroline 2 questions that I was unsure about for after I received my produce and she assured me that I can send it back and get the correct size and only pay for the shipping back fee, she also said that if I was unhappy with the product I can return it just pay the shipping fee.

I love romwe clothes. Very trendy and fit very well. The site description and photos are always true and never had problems with the shipping and delivery.
So I know from the start that Romwe delivery takes long based on other reviews and the shipping & processing information. Processing & shipping time can take up to 2 weeks.
Some of the items I ordered were labeled "ships in 24 hours" and I confirmed it to them when ordering that basically it will be processed and ready for shipment in 1 day compared to the normal processing which can take up to a week. So I was expecting that it will be shipped ahead of everything else. I have never been so wrong. I had a lengthy conversation and they just don't get me. I even sent some screenshot showing those Items were labeled as ships in 24 hours and they kept referring to other items in my order which were not labeled that way. They just don't get it. It was so frustrating. Most of my items I haven't received yet after 2 weeks. And it is not yet with FedEx. I think they just created a label for it so I would stop bugging them but really, the status in FedEx tracking is still "Label Created" and the terms is not that FedEx will pick it up but Romwe is delivering it to them. Which is taking forever!
The quality and the stiches of items I already received were just the WORST. I need to do some stitches and redo the attachments of the buttons. The fabric is also not nice. It was paper thin and can easily get torn in the washer.
ITEMS ARE NOT REALLY ON SALE. They just lure people with HUGE % Discount. But in reality that's the price anytime of the day for months that I've been checking.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
