I love the new dresses. They are stylish and very flattering. I am a full figured lady with defined curves. These dresses are what I look for. Bravo!
I have been shopping with ROMANS FOR years. I loved their clothes. Now they have cheap fabric's, the sizes are off and they charge you 10.99 to return your refund to original method of payment. I'm so upset they sent me the wrong color leggings and I always order a 1x in tops and they fit perfect. I just ordered a top in 1x and it is huge humongous and this top is made in Pakistan and The fabric is itchy. It fades quickly they used to have things made in marantis which was so nice the material. Not anymore. Their prices have gone way way up it is ridiculous. I'm going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau for charging 11 dollars to put your return back on your original method of payment. I will never order another thing from them again. They are ripping people off shame on you, Romans😡🤬😡
I have received very nice clothing that fits well and looks good. I have been very pleased and will continue to order from them.
I have been being from Roamans for many years. I never pay regular price for anything, and I do mean anything, There is always a better sale right around the corner. Never buy anything new the first time you see it in their catalog! You will be able to get it on sale shortly, you just need to be a little patient! I thing I like to do also is always leave something you like in your shopping cart as well! They usually will send you a better coupon for that item as well! A couple of times I did notice that when I have ordered something they did not tell me it was back ordered. I just happened to log into my account and saw it was back ordered for over 6 wks out and I sent them a note and cancelled the items. That is the first time that I had not been notified that the items were not in stock. Rarely do I have to send things back but if I do they are usually handled without incident. I will continue to shop at Roaman's as long as they continue to provide the current level of customer service and the sales that I have become accustomed too!
