I am not happy with this new store in greenwood Indiana. Their quality of a finished custom ring wasn't what I expected... The engraving was too small to even see it. The second choice ring I had to pick because band was too small to accommodate an engraving, the ring wasn't sized to fit me like the first ring was. Needless to say I live 50 miles from this store so 3 trips was uncalled for. Finally I chose one of the rings just to get out of their store. They wouldn't refund me so I am stuck with a ring I probably won't wear. I will never go back to this jewelry store franchise. I should have stayed with Zales..

Not happy with trade in policy fiancee bought my ring 1 year ago. I would like a half carat in the middle stone so they want use to trade in with double the next purchase. They should be glad we returned that overpriced store. The rings value is 924 we got quoted for another ring 4 to 5 times higher. What a joke!

Hi there, I agree your rings are lovely, but I just had a horrible experience with your sales associate Samantha Junis. After purchasing a ring and taking it *******@Vierksjewelr to get it resized, I informed Samantha that the ring couldn't be resized and that there were loose stones. Samantha took a quick look at my ring, denied that there were loose stones and scolded me for going to a "third party" to resize the ring. She accused me not "not trusting" her jeweler or the store which had "been around for 100 years." As a rabbi and member of clergy, I didn't quite know how to respond. I was patient, asking if perhaps Samantha was having a hard day. But when she involved my 5 year old son, who was with us, I had no more patience left. She continued to berate me and take no accountability, no apology, and at one point, in front of my son, said "If you're going to stand here with your son and say that we're not trustworthy..." (I had said no such thing, I have never met your jeweler nor do I have any reason not to trust him/her.) At one point I opted instead of exchanging the ring to simply return it, and said that I most likely would not be coming back to the store. Samantha said "Fine." And left it at that. I got my receipt and money back and left. What a shame! I had shopped there twice before and bought beautiful things. Apparently at your store, the customer is not always right, and when we come for your help with your product we get berated and spoken down to. I am sad to see another "family business" hire employees who think they can just throw customers away. This happens to corporations I suppose. Shame.

I bought a new necklace in December 2016 along with the protection plan. The necklace has broken twice. The first time they were able to fix it without problems. The second time they couldn't. I went the Burnsville MN store ordered a rope necklace. 2 weeks I am waiting call the store not there yet. Today 8/23/2017 I get a call they got a new box necklace for me. What a joke talked to you Monday confirmed the rope necklace would be here Friday the 25th. I don't want the same darn necklace I had it obviously isn't for every day use. Asked for my money back, they need to get back to me. Guess I will be going to Kay's for a new necklace this weekend.
