SHIRTS ARE TOO SMALL. It doesn't match their description. I bought it for the Super Bowl this weekend but they just keep sending me passive aggressive emails!

I purchased a shirt for my brother for Christmas. Today clothes are made smaller so the size he gave me didn't fit. I contacted onerockin to do an exchange. They said no but I could have a 40% off coupon to purchase another one. Really? Really? I just wanted a return label to return item to get a bigger size. This company has no shame. Don't recommend you purchase from them.

Don’t bother but if you must remember buy 1 size bigger (clothes these days are made very small & fitted ) know there’s no returns or refunds and they charge shipping. Better to purchase items in a store where trees no shipping cost and you’re able to exchange of item does not fit .

I ordered a tank from them on 7/11/22. It arrived but it was way too small. Was almost like a youth medium rather than an adult medium. I followed the procedures on their website to return. Absolutely NO RESPONSE. I've called three times, left messages twice and have sent 3 emails. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I'm out $30, but more importantly, left with a shirt that I cannot wear.

Cheap tshirt with basic plastic iron on. It won't last through one washing and will mel in the dryer. Horrible. AZ? I doubt it.

I ordered two shirts for friends for Christmas on December 25 of this year, I received no confirmation email or anything of sorts, I do have bank statement proof that they took my money. However, I have yet to see the T-shirts arrive and again I don't have any tracking number at all. I attempted to reach out to this place called him. All I got was a voicemail and I just now sent him an email to the helpdesk, which I doubt I'll hear from,this place is garbage. I will be reporting this website to the Better Business Bureau for stealing my money.
I got an email informing me that my order was delivered. It was not at my door, it was not in the mail box. I emailed them just to let them know in hopes they could have good customer service and either give a refund or a reorder. They informed me that it was delivered and they won't be doing anything about it. They did offer a 50% discount as if I'd spend more money to this place. Haha nope.
The T-shirt is made of low quality material, the colors are not what it looks like on their website. The T-shirts I purchased were made of a rough harsh material, doesn't feel like a T-shirt. Be careful they will not take back a return or give a refund. They have no customer service skills. Stay away from this company. Poor service!

Buyer Beware!
OneRockin's size chart is different than Hanes, Gap, Fanatics and other well known Tshirt companies. They offer various cuts of shirts and a woman's medium width can be 2" different for different cuts. (See photos)
The Return Policy has "small print" a lawyer wrote into the language that allows another 1" (bigger or smaller than printed measurements) before they will admit their product's size is defective.
Customer service was responsive but they do not care about customer satisfaction. Pretty shirt, but I will never be able to wear it due to it being almost 3" too small!
I will not order from this company again!
Ordered on 4/20, order processed and credit card charged on 4/22. Have tried their so-called customer service by email twice, and got the same Robo answer each time. Finally wrote again and they took a big (?) 30% off my bill, supposedly. I ordered 2 military masks for family service members who are still waiting. They are still not shipped. This company should be put out of business. I'll make sure they get the recommendation they deserve with everyone I know.

Even if you get the right size the quality is really bad. I followed washing instructions and it looks terrible. It's twisted off to the side and the hood is really tiny. I get $20 hoodies that have way better quality. It is extremely disappointing and I know they will not refund me. I really hope enough people report this company. I also thought that the picture was on the front of the hoodie.

I ordered two military style masks on 4/19/20 for $14.99 per mask and my order still says printing. It's said printing for 2 weeks. Before that it said processing since 4/22. I did see where it said because of covid-19 they were running slower than normal but didn't think I'd have to wait this long. I ordered them because masks were required in my state and now that's lifted (I found masks elsewhere also). At least let me know it will be two months before I can get my items
I placed an order for a hoodie on May 12. Today is June 28 and I have not received it.
They replied to only 1 of my 4 emails on June 22 saying it is "Printing" (which was the same status it was in the day after I placed the order) and it will "ship on JUNE 10". I don't know what time zone they are in but that was 12 days ago. They were quick to charge my credit card. Terrible communication! Terrible service!

I ordered a shirt for my husband on 5/29 for him to wear on the 4th of July. It did not arrive until 7/8, and it was printed crooked and the "premium fit" tshirt that I paid extra for is a tshirt that I could have bought at Michael's for $3. I filed a claim hoping to send it back and get a refund, but they will only reprint a new one and send it even though I told them we don't want this shirt anymore. I spent almost $40 on this piece of junk. Lesson learned.
I ordered a purse for my new daughter-in-law for her birthday in March. They took $50 dollars from me and never delivered. She is a nurse, first line responder in Covid. They say they sent out the product 3 times. All lies! That was March... this is November! Shame on you you bunch of scammers. Don't trust them!
Never in my life have I seen such terrible customer service and just overall lack of professionalism by someone retailing products. I ordered 2 shirts, received 1... It was the wrong size, not only not the size I ordered but was disproportionately small for the size stated on the label. Claimed both issues. Both claims were declined within 12 hours, off hand like it was not their problem. I received a shirt that is smaller than the amount of TP I use to wipe my backside for 65 bucks... Not an impressed individual at the moment.
I ordered a tank that came 30 days after the order, it was defective, and trying to contact the company for a refund was/is impossible. They have no direct contact, just a series of generic email addresses and prerecorded phone numbers. BUYER BEWARE! I would give negative stars if I could.

I placed my order on 5/3 and as of 5/26 when I check status of my order it is... still processing. You don't even have the option to cancel your order once it is placed. They have a phone # to call for customer service, but there is no live person you can talk to... Do not order from here unless you want to wait longer than a month for your item. Never again...
I placed an order on May 28 and still have not received my shirts (one month later). The site says 5-15 days. I tried to call, you can't talk to a person. I sent two emails. I was promised they would ship June 26. I checked tracking on June 27, it still says printing. I tried to cancel and was told via email that it was too late and that my order was going to ship June 26. Again it hasn't.
I have struggled since March to get a T-shirt. I ordered 5. Four of them are great. The last one has been done twice. Both times the print is exactly the same color as the shirt, making it impossible to see. Doesn't anyone there look at the shirt before sending it
Placed an order on 4/27 with an expected delivery date of 5/12. On 5/12, no delivery and no shipping update. Tried to call support, it rolled to VM. Emailed requesting an update, no reply. Emailed again and received their standard "COVID" is causing delays. I requested a firm delivery update or cancel my order, no reply. Days later they send an apology and request to be patient. Again I requested them to cancel my order. Their reply today was to address it with my bank. Total scam business. Buyer beware!
