I spoke with Kathryne Schriefer, who I think is the manager of the company (?), and requested an unheated pink sapphire for a mothers ring. She didn't have one in stock then I got an email less then 12 hours later, saying she found one for me for a great price! My jewelry store was asking 3x more for a treated sapphire! I received the sapphire 3 days later and had it certified by the GIA and it came back untreated. A++++ all the way! I only wish there were more jewelers this attentive and honest!
