Honestly, when I first read reviews here they were all so good I thought they were fake. But from my experience so far I am finding rockhoster KVM VPS hosting in Europe to be what I need. It has excellent customer support. The technical team is reachable by phone 24/7, and the wait time is minimal. Rockhoster's network is brilliant, I've not noticed any downtime or connection problems. Their technical support is professional, support member added me on Skype so he could help me better and answer my questions, I was really happy with this. He helped me a lot, so a big thanks goes to him!

This is the best host I have used in all my years as a developer online, every single support question i have had has been answered, many times they help through my issues and fix them for me, they go above and beyond the call of duty for a webhost. Googling and reading several forums, including this one, I have chosen Rockhoster hosting. Can add that the tech customer center is quick and perfect, however, for technical questions they asked me to contact technical service directly, by submitting a support ticket. I am very glad to host my websites with this provider.

Rockhoster service is amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone. It's easy to set up, they accept bitcoin payments, so I ordered their KVM VPS account and paid with bitcoins. The tech guys are no nonsenseand respond promptly both with follow-up emails and to any additional questions I'll throw at them.
