Very easy and fast to create legal documents for business purposes right in own home without hassle of going to legal office and paying high legal fees. The staff was very helpful on live chatted quick to respond. Would useseervices again if needed.

I was very pleased. My only problem was after I completed and finalized my document I realized that I had made a major typo on the asset section of exhibit A. I tried to get it back to redo I clicked on edit but it wouldn't come back. I ended up retyping the page in Word so it was not a real problem

I've tried several different documents and some have been very useable. Others get me started but I still find I need additional adjustments for which I need legal advice. The people I've been in contact with have been very helpful but overall it's a wash for me.

I was looking for a legal but simple, short term lease agreement to use just one time. I was leery of the "free trial" offer but true to their word, I was able to draft, save and print the lease agreement I needed. I was then able to cancel my "membership" with no hassle and no cost.

The site was easy to use, and your customer service rep Christine was very helpful.

It was really easy for me to create an NDA and get it signed by all parties. Took less than a half hour. Thanks for that. No thanks for the automatic monthly membership charge though. It's quite likely I glossed over some fine print as I was creating my Free document, and I get that you need to make money. Somehow, I thought your business model was: lure them in with a freebee, charge for the next one or more advanced services. I didn't think I was signing up for a $39 monthly charge. I likely would have bailed on the freebee had that been made very clear to me. I called support as soon as I saw the charge and the very nice support person offered to refund the charge. Thanks for that. If I require legal services in the future I will still check out Rocket Lawyer, I'll just beware of what it'll actually cost.

I exhaust all possibilities within the applications I had been familiar with. Mademoiselle brought for efficient untried applications & they worked.

I thought the quality of the forms looked professional and gave accuracy to my document but I had trouble with the website. I couldn't get to my document. It asked for my credit card info before I finished. I called the next day and got a wonderful staff member Sabrina, who handled it quickly.

The legal form downloaded with out problems. I struggled to figure how to correct a name. The help person was very helpful.

The form was easy to use. Gave example of Yes or No answers. The convenience of home and whatever time was the best. No rush.

Functional and efficient, was practical but in the end did not use it as we extended the existing lease.
Enjoyed the free trial and did cancel with 24 hours.

I have used Rocket Lawyer on three separate occasions and have been pleased with the results. I needed simple form reports as well as as issue of liability. I have been very pleased with the results I've gotten from my membership with Rocket. Additionally for a mere $1 per month I can return and reactivate my account.

Assuming my google search for free legal forms for an eviction was showing FREE forms, I flipped out seeing your monthly charges. Luckily, Christine was able to deduce the problem and provide a refund. I taught telemarketing to sales teams, and rarely do I get the level of understanding and professionalism received today. I found the document(s) I needed in order to educate myself quickly in legal area(s) of concern to me and which I had absolutely no knowledge of and was able to ask some questions which were quickly clarified enough for me to make a decision quickly regarding matters which were troubling me at the time over which I could not afford to procrastinate.

I retained " rocket lawyer" to help me with property taxes and a living will.
Shortly there after I no longer needed there assistance but continued to pay there fee of $39.99 per month. After paying this amount for approx. Seven months, I contacted them and they refunded me!

I wanted to cancel my membership and since I was unable to get into the website, I called. Randy was very helpful in getting that done for me. He was very polite and professional.

Was able to quickly write up a loan document and send it right over for signatures and approvals

I signed up for a 7 day trial to make a document. It was helpful, but not needed. I didn't see an automatic renewal on the site so thought I would get a notice before an additional charge. I received the charge today so I called right away. Karen was polite and courteous! She cancelled the account and issued the refund without any pushback. THANK YOU! I don't foresee needing this in the future, but if I do I will be back. I will also point my friends to it.

The representative that I spoke with was willing to help in any way and that speaks volumes to me.
