Bought a pair a Etonic golf shoes less than year ago. Top of shoe splitting open and feet getting wet. Though they have a one year warranty they won't pay for shipping to return the shoe (are they really going to analyze the shoes, as stated?). That's fine, but they should send a shipping label. That cost is about 50% of the cost of the shoe. Very disappointing to say the least. Shoes going to trash, as well as all advertising emails from Rock Bottom golf.
Hi. Ordered a Driver from Rock Bottom. Landed in Australia (5 miles from my home) and hasn't moved since. 5 days it has been sitting in the UPS facility. No one to contact. No one to ask about delivery. Don't buy from Rock Bottom if you are in a hurry.
Order two shorts, a polo, two gloves, and a divot tool. Tried the shorts and polos and were too big/baggy. Shorts fit like capris and shirt was baggy and uncomfortable. Requested a return and was dumbfounded. My total was 107.92. I was refunded 47.45 for two shorts and the polo. I was charged for shipping as well. So I ended up paying $60 for two gloves and a divot tool…. (mizuno glove $15.95, FJ gloves $11.95, Divot tool $8.64=$36.54. Where's the other $23.46 at?!? Total scam company do not order unless you are 100% sure the items you are buying are to keep.

We are happy to address your concerns although it did show the refund breakdown when you created the return. You ONLY created a return for 3 items out of the 6 items you purchased sir. Therefore you would only be refunded for the items you created the return for. Also if you opted to use our Prepaid UPS Label service that is a 9.99 fee as clearly indicated on the returns page you created the return label from and approved. Please refer to the return details page as it explained the costs right on that.
I had no problem until, you received the irons back June 6 2021. I would love to still buy from you. But the idea that I returned my tailor-made M2 irons and you still are charging my PayPal is Ridiculous, please review and check UPS was used and I printed the label thru ur company. RETURNED! Please get this right with my PayPal account. $543.74
Charles- I am sorry for any confusion here, as listed on the FAQ page refunds for returns can take 7-10 business days. We DID try to refund you on July 12th however you decided to bypass us and file a dispute. That dispute is what caused this refund delay sir. It is never recommended to file a dispute as it only prolongs a refund. Once a dispute is filed it freezes the payment you made to us and flags the account. Therefore a refund cannot be processed then and must wait until the bank resolves it. This is not our fault, we tried to refund you but your dispute caused this to happen. We did alert paypal to refund you so I do not know why they have not yet; this is what happens w/ disputes as it always will take a least an additional month because banks operate slowly. As we kindly informed you, we will again notify the dispute center w/ your own bank and tell them this is approved to refund. In the future when shopping with any company; work w/ the company do not file disputes and that will definitely get any issues or concerns resolved much quicker for you.
Better read the fine print BEFORE you want to return something. They don't do exchanges... even if the product doesn't run true to size. Customer Service is someone working from home with kids screaming in the background and all sorts of clamoring to the point you can't hear them. They don't follow up with sending you a return label, and don't respond to emails ( though they say they will respond within 4 hours). My advice is to stay clear of them, which is sad coming from a 10+ year customer. Means nothing to them.

Think they would be all in fair condition but let me tell you out of 216 there were 21 that were well below FAIR condition and 8 of them that were so ugly I wouldn't even give them to the driving range just a warning to others before you purchase. ROCKBOTTOM after writing them SAID they want me to send all back like it's my fault... let's

The driver that I bought has a cracked face and separation between the crown and body. It could not be resold, and it is miles for me to take it to be returned. So I have asked for a replacement without returning the defective product. So far Rockbottom has not agreed and wants me to return the defective driver. But that seems pointless, doesn't it?

Sent the clubs to them 1 month ago- still awaiting my payment of $192. Dealt with Adam several times- tells me check is in the mail- will let you know when and if it arrives- nothing like the bad taste they give me for this.
Every club was off at least 3 degrees and some even 5. I shot the worst round of my life with them because I was foolish and trusted the product to be delivered ready to use.
Ordered some New Balance Fresh Foam golf shoes. Generally nice, but one of the shoes had a few of what looked like melted treads.
Took over 2 weeks to ship. Had to follow up several times. Not acceptable.
I used to love RBG and have spend thousands there annually as I am a club builder and host a couple tournaments a year and buy prizes for a good deal at RBG. However, this is all before I met Adam in customer support who decided to lose my business over not honoring free shipping because of a few dollars under the promotional terms that were not very clear. Not to mention I offered to add to my order to meet the minimum for the free shipping and he would still not adjust. Then he thought that it was okay to be smart and tell me the promotional terms in (the small print) were spelled out "very clearly". It's always funny when these jokers think they have the last laugh. Makes no difference to me as there are so many discount golf sites to choose from these days. I gave two stars only because I have had some positive experiences in the past and maybe Adam is just an anomaly...

I have had horrible experiences ordering from Rock Bottom and their customer service is equally bad.
I had a very difficult time finding clubs for my two year old who loves to golf with his plastic set. Thanks to Rock Bottom golf he now has a real set that he loves. I also was pleased with the great deals on the training equipment. I am a golf coach and was very pleased to find the training aids needed to help the kids develop their game.
The deals you can find are great but the shipping makes things almost not worth it. I have ordered multiple times and I see shipping label created with no other update for 3-4 days. It shouldn't take that long to package clubs to ship.

Honestly if you don't need something fast it's a decent site but if you do definitely look else where.

Placed an order and paid for Next Day delivery-my email conformation even indicated the Next Day delivery. Sadly the packaged didn't ship as expected.
My advise stick to standard shipping-don't pay extra.
I guess I should have known that for the price I paid for my rain suit it wasn't going to be a quality product. I ordered a Medium. The pants fit like an extra large and I couldn't even zip up the jacket as it was so small. I can't even describe the material it was made from as I have never seen it before. Somewhere between tin foil and vinyl.
The page I was on suggested the use of a discount coupon for the "sale." When I got to check out the coupon was is "not applicable." I was on a specific page listing only one product. The coupon was listed there. This is deceptive at best if not outright consumer fraud.
They have some great deals and nice merchandise, but it is almost impossible to get an RA # if you have to return merchandise, plus they charge a 15% restocking fee unless you do an exchange, and you have to pay for the return shipping, and exchange shipping.
Callaway 3 wood ordered and advised would be drop ship and ready for shipping roughly 3to 10 days after. After 14 days had to contact store to get any action and again 7 days later to get any delivery advice( after requesting cancellation of order) goods finally arrived after a full month from time of ordering
