Bought a pair a Etonic golf shoes less than year ago. Top of shoe splitting open and feet getting wet. Though they have a one year warranty they won't pay for shipping to return the shoe (are they really going to analyze the shoes, as stated?). That's fine, but they should send a shipping label. That cost is about 50% of the cost of the shoe. Very disappointing to say the least. Shoes going to trash, as well as all advertising emails from Rock Bottom golf.

Purchased a Golf Buddy Voice 2. It did not work well. I was told I could not exchange it because it was used. I guess they don't stand behind the products they sell.
Do not purchase from Rock Bottom as their so called 90 day guarantee is a scam. I have a driver that I purchased less than 45 days ago and they now say that the club is not valid for that guarantee because of new inventory. DONT offer a 90 day guarantee if it is NOT for 90 days

I ordered an item from this company on July 17. I immediately received an email stating that they were canceling my order as they "could not verify the credit card." No one was answering the phones at the number the email told me to call so I left a message and sent a reply to the email. Got another email stating that I could either call to place the order or go online and use PayPal. Obviously calling was not an option and I did not want to use PayPal. So on July 19 the payment to them cleared my card. I finally called today and asked where my refund was and was told that the only way I can get to the billing department was via email.
I will never shop here again.
Hello- I’m so sorry for any confusion here. This unfortunately isn’t entirely true as I personally handled this. Your bank had flags to review the order you placed as 1 or more things in your order raised concerns per the bank. We contacted you immediately and your email server as well as our database show it was delivered to you the same day the order was placed. Since we could not verify the order with your bank the order was cancelled and please contact your bank if you are not seeing the funds in your account as we 100% did not accept the payment. I kindly provided alternatives to place a order as well. I’m sorry but it’s not our fault the bank had concerning review flags on the order & we could not verify the order with your bank. We of course want to accept all orders however we do have to maintain security of orders for our sake and our customers.

I ordered a set of Irons which i thought were $999 after paying the bill i find out that they were nearly $1600 and on top $270 import tax. It would have been cheaper to buy them here. Feel totally ripped off.

Hi Graham. Yes as stated on our FAQ page all funds are in USD as we are a USA based store. We also state on the shipping page for international orders that we do not cover duties and taxes. Please contact your customs department with the complaint on the fees, that is not something Rock Bottom Golf has any control over.
Their customer service is not horrible, it is non existent. Don't try to return anything they simply ignore u. My one and only purchase from them. Do yourself a favor buy from somewhere else

I recently attempted to purchase some sports earbuds from Rock Bottom Golf (for the 2nd time) however I never received the item.
I reached out to the company in hopes they could help however they stated that nothing can be done for 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks. I requested assistance again in hopes that the company would help me obtain the earbuds that I paid for.
No help was provided. I then requested for a full refund however I was given 1/3 the amount I paid for. They advised thst die to their refund policy thst I would not be receiving the full refund.
I will not be doing business with this company again and do not recommend any other person to purchase anything from this company as well.
A company should not penalize a person bc the shipping company did not provide the order.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. First and most importantly Worst Customer Service with no phone number to actually talk to someone so everything is done through email. If they would actually provide a phone number to talk to someone (I have asked a number of times for a phone number) I wouldn't have given such a poor rating. I ordered two golf clubs and decided I didn't want them because after the exchange and fees (shipping and duty) which they don't tell you about the price basically doubled. I have been trying to work with them for two weeks to send the clubs back. UPS told me it will cost $39 to return the clubs but Rock Bottom has to pay and they have to invoice me. Rock Bottom informed me it would be $109! If I don't pay that they will have the clubs "destroyed" so I would be out $900. DON'T SHOP HERE!
Hello- We do have the email records, and we definitely did give you our number. It is also listed on the website HELP tab. It is 877-540-4653. You placed and confirmed the order, yes international orders will have to pay international duties and taxes as explained on the website. We have honestly no control over your country's duty and tax charges. We shipped the order fast and UPS is trying to deliver to you but you are now refusing to pay your country D&T charges. If you want it returned to us, that is the rate UPS directly gave to us as the international return charges and D&T that we would get charged. Mike has been nothing but extremely nice in explaining this to you, I am unsure we deserve this negative comment. We shipped your order and now you refuse to pay your country D&T, that is not our fault. We are happy to have it returned but those international rates will need to be covered as we kindly explained to you. Again call us if you would like too, we have given you our number many times now and it is listed right on the website.

I purchased TaylorMade Golf- SIM Max OS Irons (7 Iron Set), Options: Stiff Flex - 5-PW/AW, Order #*******, Dec 20th 2020. Received order before Christmas. Just a little background why I'm so concerned is because I; m a 20 year Navy veteran suffering from PTSD and I chose golf to keep me rooted in reality. Some warriors chose a dog but golf is needed by me once a week. I have contacted Rock Bottom 22 June - 28 July 2021 still no resolution. Sent photos of club heads separated from shafts. At this time I have contacted TaylorMade for assist. If I could give less star I would because of the mental anguish. I played golf Sunday 25 July and while swinging my A wedge the head separated from the shaft. I have never experienced this before

Was told when I placed the order that it took 7 to 10 days to ship and 3 to 4 days to process the order. In reality what happened was it took almost a month before the order was delivered to me and I was told inaccuracies regarding my order. Rock bottom also indicated that they have little control over the shipment and order fulfillment as they do not conduct these things on their own but believe they use a second party to facilitate the orders. Having low prices is only a value if you're in no hurry to get your order.
TOTAL SCAM! Ordered a left handed putter and they sent me a right handed putter and will not offer a refund.

Kindly understand some items we MUST go through the vendor as it is a warranty claim for the defective item. This is standard process, if a item purchase is defective as absolutely will get it resolved for the customer however yes most times the defect warranty needs to go through the vendor. We are not asking you to do that sir; we are handling it with the vendor and working as quickly as possible to get it resolved for you. This is a standard process we must abide by and it is explained in our FAQ database as well. It is not about CS being poor, we are handling it quickly; and it’s definitely not about how great of a customer you are as we do value you and all our customers. I placed my order for the new Callaway B21 irons on September 14, today September 24 I called to find out what the hell is going on! I was told that it must be being filled at Callaway, but would have to check on it because they didn't know! Are you kidding me! Why is it coming from Callaway when I ordered from you? So after 10 days it could still be another week, not very good customer service. This was my first order with rock bottom, and there will not be another one. P.S. I had to Google the company to find a telephone # because there is no that I could find at their website
Hi Richard- The item you ordered was a dropship item which means it usually will take 7 business days to process from the vendor as it ships to you direct from Callaway not our warehouse. This was displayed on the website page ordered from as well, we are so sorry for any confusion there. The order delivery is not late as the selected ship method was (Economy Shipping Delivered On Or Before Tue, Sep 29) so the vendor has until that date to finalize delivery, we hope it will not take that long & as Tyler explained he is working w/ the vendor to try to get this expedited for you. I have never delt with a company with worse customer service. 4 hours to respond to a email if at all. They offer no phone number to call i understand why now. Just save your the hassle even if you have to pay a little extra it will be worth it.

Ours is 4 business hours which is EXTREMELY quick compared to competitors so I am not sure why you’re upset over that.

Bought golf shoes, and then returned them. They text me that they were used. My son wore them in the house for an hour to make sure they they fit correctly. The shoes were a little big, so I returned them. Customer service text me that they cannot accept them once they have been used. This is crazy, I wont ever buy from Rock Bottom Golf again. My advice, only buy from online store where you can take back the item back locally like $#*!'s. I don't recommend buying from Rock Bottom golf. I hope you learn from my mistake. Always hit them straight, and enjoy your round.
Hello- We did not text, however yes we did email you alerting you that the shoes were worn. I am sorry you feel the need to post on there with inaccurate details however as explained in the email we absolutely WILL take a return back but not if the product is used. The shoes returned had significant usage on them, they were not just tried on. They were worn and show those signs of wear on them as well as actual dirt on the bottom of the shoes. I did nicely explain this in the email and I also attached several pictures to show how the warehouse received them in.

Ordered a Cleveland wedge from Rock Bottom, when it arrived it was so rusted and worn that I couldn't believe they were selling it. To make matters worse they charged me for shipping when i returned the mis-represented item. I will stay away from them in the future.
I placed an order on November 27th and was given a "guaranteed" delivery date of December 14th. Once December 14th came and went I tried to find a customer service number, however RBG only has email. After sending 3 emails and contacting them via social media, I finally recieves a response on December 20th.
The only reason we order from RBG was for the delivery date. We has a Christmas party and then was going to be out if town until January 3rd. On December 20th I got a email stating they (RBG) had sent another item. If they would have taken the time to actually speak to me they would have known I would not be at the address and since I was out of town I would have liked a refund.
When I contacted RBG to let them know throat pur security cameras did not show any package delivered and that I want a refund because the item was no longer needed, I was told take it up with UPS.

The web site has big banner ads that there is free "Home in 2" shipping if you spend $250 or more. When I was adding to my order, there was a pop up that said I qualified for Home in 2 shipping. But when I checked out, I did nor receive the free Home in 2 shipping... when I questioned them, they said there was a notification that the item I purchased was not included in the offer. I looked again and there was a disclaimer in fine print on one of the pages. This web site's practices are deceptive and I would recommend avoiding the site at all cost.
