I actually spent some time trying to understand the specificity of this company, but it turned out to be something I needed. When I was moving out to another town, I understood that I should've moved out using a rent car, but had no idea what to do with my own car. So here it goes to these guys who arranged car shipment quickly, without any serious hassle. Yeah, I asked a lot of questions, but they have eventually helped me to ship my car. It came quite fast, so thanks, guys!
Not a legitimate company. They were running two days late picking up my car so I tried to cancel per their contracted cancellation policy and they refused to cancel. I disputed the transaction in an effort to stop them from picking it up. They picked it up anyway, essentially stealing it, before I could get a hold of the person who was releasing it to them. They then demanded cash to give it back to me. They are basically common thieves. Also, my car arrived filthy, with nearly flat tires and a dead battery.
Straight forward process. Fast response time.
Friendly, competent drivers instilled my confidence in them.
Great service. Only issue is that the online price I paid was not final price. The price increased after I booked and paid.
The Road Runner contact person was helpful and the order easy to complete which, at this point, has created a very favorable impression
This process is easy so far. It is $200 more than last August so it is hard to pay this much.
Now for how the car gets picked up, that is where the stars matter. We've had bad experience with another company so hoping with Road Runner it will be a smooth pick up and delivery. Thank you.

Fabulous transport. This is the second time in two years that we used roadrunner. Our vehicle was delivered to us in perfect condition both times. I'm very grateful for them.
I had placed a reservation for my car to be picked up from The Villages Florida but at the last minute I found I needed to leave before the date.
They were very quick in finding another transport to pick up my car to be transported to Colorado and I am not sure who the young man was that with the help of my neighbor in Florida picked up car and within Three days it arrived here in Denver/Aurora in perfect condition. I was so impressed that he had hauled nine cars and must have drove straight though.
I would like the name so if ever I need to transport I would want to use him.

I had my car shipped from the northern California to Washington state and it arrived in the condition I expected as it snowed and rained throughout the week. It arrived earlier than I expected it to arrive thanks to Iurii!
