I actually spent some time trying to understand the specificity of this company, but it turned out to be something I needed. When I was moving out to another town, I understood that I should've moved out using a rent car, but had no idea what to do with my own car. So here it goes to these guys who arranged car shipment quickly, without any serious hassle. Yeah, I asked a lot of questions, but they have eventually helped me to ship my car. It came quite fast, so thanks, guys!
Not a legitimate company. They were running two days late picking up my car so I tried to cancel per their contracted cancellation policy and they refused to cancel. I disputed the transaction in an effort to stop them from picking it up. They picked it up anyway, essentially stealing it, before I could get a hold of the person who was releasing it to them. They then demanded cash to give it back to me. They are basically common thieves. Also, my car arrived filthy, with nearly flat tires and a dead battery.
The pick up was more difficult than it should be. I requested a specific day, if there is actual 2 day window then that needs to be clear from the outset. Your customer service number and website were incredibly difficult to find and rarely returned messages. While the driver eventually kept his promise of picking up the car as requested there was significant time spent calling and pushing them to do so. It shouldn't be this difficult to keep a deadline. The drop off was within the expected time and the drive was extremely accommodating, and thats how it should be on both ends.

THEN THE PRICE WENT TO $2495 FOR 2 CARS AND NOW I AM PAYING MORE AGAIN
Would have given a five star rating except there was scant information on when to expect delivery to occur.
I thought that the person receiving my call was a little short in his discussions, however I stuck with RR due to positive reviews.

Car arrived on time, great pick up, make sure you confirm the dates before you sign. Just because they say the have an opening on a particular day doesn't mean they are required to pick up the vehicle on that day.
simple calculator model works well. Need more information about insurance coverage - what's really provided. Full or Partial doesn't provide enough specifics.

Received my car. But it was picked up 2 days after the allowed time. Other than that no other issue.
It's been convenient and carrier has been responsive. The only thing I would say they could do better is that, when you give the pick up driver a request for a head's up call to a specific number, that the delivery driver call the number he/she was given.
Website tracking not working, so no knowledge of car's progress. Automatic fee transaction function on website did not properly reflect the correct overall price of the shipment... several hundred dollars error in total billing had to be "added-on" later by telephone.
I would like to have the ability to select carrier-top position and also to have more explanation of what the additional vehicle coverage... covers. Thanks!
Would receive 5 stars if someone would actually return phone call. Left messages on 2 successive days. Went to RoadRunnerautotransport.com and was able to book transport of Dodge Caravan.
Fine ... a few too many contact attempts from your agent. I think it's fine to reach out once on one quote request. It's not cool to keep calling and emailing me almost daily.
I called 10 minutes before your closing time, and sat on hold for almost a half hour. Finally gave up and decided to book on line. Otherwise, your service and follow-up has been very good.
The ordering process on the website is pretty simple. You also offer additional protection for the vehicle.
really good, except I paid and made a reservation but received a text from you that reads: "Call RoadRunner at *******123 to make your reservation." This doesn't make any sense given I paid and set a date, etc. so now I'm just confused about what happens next.
Went fairly smoothly but submitting my order was difficult as your web form was not responsive at all times.
Everything appears to be progressing. Will have to see how long it takes for a driver to actually pick up and subsequently deliver the Jeep in good condition.
The service was easy and hassle-free, however, I would not give it a 5-star because there was a lot of uncertainty. I was called a day before the expected delivery day with the message that the car will arrive that evening. I was in contact with someone since 5PM and left work early and was in constant contact with someone from the company who could not give me enough information. I do not understand why the driver's information was not provided since this would have been easier. I waited for about 4 hours thinking that the car was on the way, however, then I was told it would arrive the next morning. At the end, they were able to meet me at 5:30am as I requested so I could make sure I did not run late to work.
I have made serval phone calls to Rob during the process of this booking and he has been very responsive and helpful.
Excellent and does a great job all the time for our dealership. We use a variety of haulers and find RoadRunner Transport to be among the best.
It was difficult reaching anyone on the phone with a question about insurance coverage. The message indicated they were understaffed due to the coronavirus situation.
Anthony was very professional and answers all questions and concerns without hesitation.
When I received the car in Florida it was on the bottom rack. The driver said that it had been on top which I paid for but said he had to move it. The car was covered with road grime so I am not so sure how long it was on top if at all.
They provide a good and reliable service.
Thay also readily accomodated my last min request for change of drop address. A bit pricy overall though.
Car reached safe.
