I ordered a bike last week and forgot to order the ProTech service. I emailed customer service immediately and the next day they called AND emailed me an invoice for the service so the bike could be assembled prior to shipment. And the bike is ALREADY shipping! I'll have it next week! I am impressed!

I paid the extra 40 dollars for the Pro Tune and it was not at all worth it. My bike needed extensive work and the brakes did not work properly as sent. The back tire was unable to freely spin because the breaks were so tight around it without even being pressed down. I was hoping to avoid the time and expense of tuning and fully assembling my new bike, but I ended up spending more time and money to do it correctly myself. It is a great bike and a great deal, just not the Pro Tune. Unclear why I paid for someone to construct my bike incorrectly.

I had to call about a coupon code and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and so nice. She fixed the problem right away.

The website made the shopping process very easy and was super customer friendly. The bike arrived very quickly, within a week of placing the order online. The only small issue that I had was when the box arrived one corner was smashed in and the cardboard ripped and it appeared as if the shipping service had taped that corner back together. When picking the bike up from the shop that was assembling it for me, the technician informed me that one of the spokes was completely broken out of the box. This had probably happened during the shipping process but still could be an issue, especially if assembling the bike yourself. Overall, I had a great experience with this website and would use it again in the future.

I was a little nervous buying a bike online. Sure, most bikes are cheaper online, but you don't know what you are getting. Plus, for someone trying to get back into biking, the thought of building my own bike was a little fighting.

However, the process was super easy and well worth it. I saved enough buying online that I could afford to get a rack for my car, helmet, bottle carrier, etc. The bike was actually really easy to put together once I had the right tools. The bike is great. Excellent packaging. My only problem is with the assembly videos on your website. The one specific to my bike skips right over the installation of the front wheel and quick release lever. I finally got the wheel on but was unable to reconnect the brake line, si I am going to have to take it to a bike shop for something that should have been easily done.

Good experience, relatively fast service. Wish I'd known own the tools I'd need prior to it shipping. Assembly will have to wait.

My only complaint is that the assembly instructions included in the box were for general assembly, NOT for my specific bike. I tried the internet as suggested and still had difficulty finding ibstructions for my specific bike model.
