I had to argue with customer service to get a new disk brake rotor because the disk brake rotor got bent while shipping.

Bike arrived and I assembled it with no issues.
After taking it to local bike shop to have wheels trued and general tune up I attempted to ride the bike. The chain constantly slipps when peddeling uphill.
I have contacted service and have literally spent hours trying to discover the problem.
No luck yet and will probably be returning the bike.

I was emailed a discount code for 15%. It didn't work. You should have codes automatically apply at checkout

the website & photos are not user friendly, i definitely had trouble seeing the corresponding photo of a bike when i selected the color. also, clicking through the photos of the bikes was near impossible. it would be great if it were easy to click through photos, & if each color option was viewable in the photos, without having to change color options.

Quick and easy . I waited 24 hours before making my final decision.
Thank God for YouTube. There was no instructions included regarding setup or practical use. The device looked like it had been returned and I am very picky about purchasing new versus used items, especially over the web. This is what I wanted and it works well for all practical purposes. mg

The price was excellent and it took only 6 days for me to receive the bike from the day I ordered it. I assembled it and took it to the local bike shop for inspection and a tune up. I did notice that the back wheel needed to be trued. Upon inspection, the bike shop said the back wheel had a crack in it and needed to be replaced The cost of wheel was $60.00 plus the tune up of $70.00 adds to the original cost making the bike not so much of a bargain as I originally estimated. The bike overall is probably a decent buy, but buyers who order direct need to know that there can be problems with such a purchase.

Very frustrating due to layout not suitable for tablet or smartphone! Slow and sometimes unresponsive.

The shopping experience was marked down because I tried to check out using a tablet and it did not work..so I closed that...never checked out...and then I kept getting emails about my shopping cart. I don't like that at all. I did go back and place an order using a computer. No issues - but I still get emails about the shopping cart. That is very annoying. Aside from that, there were issues with the order. A piece was missing. Customer service took care of that and they are sending me the missing part (I have not yet receiv ed that yet though.) Customer service was extremely helpful about the missing piece. Aside from all this, love the product am quite impressed with customer service.

Shoes appeared to be a great value. I couldn't buy SPD cleats though.either something is wrong with the website or my browser. The add button wouldn't show for the SPD cleats that advertised to the right of the shoe page I viewed.

There were missing pieces on the quick release, so I couldn't put my bike completely together and ride it. It was very disappointing because now I have to figure out how to get the missing pieces so that my front wheel will be stable.

quick & easy---the size for me was a full size too small. The zipper broke apart in the center of the shirt, the first time I put it on. I'm 169lbs & 5'10"--size large way too small. I sent it back for a credit to my Visa.

Some of the pictures didn't work and the website seemed like some of the functions didn't work as expected. Great value though!

excellent customer service- disappointed when told pro build is no longer available and no payment system is available to received split payments( couldn't use a reward card toward the purchase). But overall i give it a 3 star.

Website was very slow. Had to refresh the page several times to see certain pics and choose options. Great prices and a variety of items to choose from.

I could not find the shipping time for standard shipping so I'm not sure if it will arrive before my son's birthday.

i wish i didnt have to fill this out to get off this screen. I am not sure how to rate experience as I haven't seen anything yet so way to early to rate

Was excited for the pedals to come in. Price was great, shipping was fast. However, the left pedal broke almost immediately. Rode up the street and it literally snapped in half. Very disappointed.

The site is a little choppy to navigate. I'd add things to my cart and then it would empty it somehow. It took a while to order the bike. Messages keep popping up with someone wanting to chat. That's very frustrating. If the bike works well, I'd be happy to stop by again. Take care.

I'm waiting to see how soon I get my product. Then I will decide if I will buy anything else from the site.

You canceled my first order?? No one called me so I have no clue why. Had to find the product again. Not knowing really what it was. My daughter wanted it for her birthday. She sent a pic of it, which I deleted after I ordered it

I purchased the VIlano Balance Bike yesterday for my granddaughter. I came back to the site today and search on balance bikes and it did not appear anywhere in the results. I had to go back to my history to find what I ordered for my grand daughter and so I could purchase another in a different color for my grandson.

If the price is right for quality products and the service is as good as google suggests then I would shop here again.

Seems fine so far. Would be useful to have more shipping options. I have not assembled the equipment yet.
