So far so good. Came intact. Undamaged. Well packaged. The bike was pretty easy to assemble with what little remained. If not for mosquitoes would have been enjoyable. The 14 year old loves the bike. Best bike he's ever been on. Riding all over the trails and bike lanes of Central Wisconsin. Very pleased with ease of ordering. Prompt delivery. Packaging and ultimately the product. Thank you.
SCAMMERS, bought a bike from overstock thru Road Bike Oulet and the bike came damaged, Overstock and Road Bike Outlet refuse to help they expect me to pay $405 and not get a perfect new bike. So i called Road Bike oulet and they told me to use nail polish or paint and fix it myself with $15 credit, LOL. Both Overstock and Road Bike Outlet are scammers and shouldnt be in business in the USA. Plus they charge a restock fee and a return shipping fee when its not the consumers fault. STAY AWAY from Overstock and Road Bike Outlet
when I contacted customer service I was told I could not order over the phone, customer service person sounded like I was bothering him by placing an order.
This is my 2nd bike purchase from your site. The first one came with a broken spoke, my most recent purchase came with a large gash on the frame. I know it's probably all due to shipping but I guess I should be buying my bikes at a store from now on due to the damage incurred in transit
Good but you stole my $40 from the price of refund of wrong size returned back to you. If you don't return my $40 I will report you to BBB and FTC and make bad reviews for you on social media around the country and around the world.
Site worked fine and delivery was quick. However the product and value were poor. Did not get pedals (did get two sets of reflectors), so I am using pedals from another bike. Have successfully adjusted shifting on several bikes. This is the first that I could not get to work. Bike shop also had difficulty. Bike shop also had to true the rear wheel. By the time I paid the bike shop bill, could have bought a Trek or Cannondale from a bike shop and had better shifting and their follow-up service for free.
Many out of stock item turned up in search results. Cool to see unavailable items for comparison but would be nice to have filter option to hide those. Otherwise, shopping experience seemed to go well (so far) for checkout process.
Your website is NOT user friendly -everything is hi lited red yet doesn't need attention. Just not easy for me. Your product was recomended to me by a friend.
